First off I’m a 60-year-old Man. I didn’t realize how helpful a hearing aid would actually be. So I recommended to anyone with any sort of hearing loss. It’s been a game changer for me. As far as Olivia and the team they are outstanding. Extremely informative and helpful for me to understand my options and where my hearing is affected. This group is awesome. They even help clear out my ear on a random appointment I set. Very accommodating very nice and I would recommend this group to anyone.

Staff was friendly and the audiologist discussed various customized solutions to achieve my hearing goals. Did NOT feel pressured for hearing aid purchase and was given trial options. Excellent practice outside the modern corporate medicine model! Highly recommend!

I was having hearing troubles for six days. I went to the doctor thinking it was an ear infection, and it turns out I just had earwax build up. They did a wonderful job quickly diagnosing me and running through the tests. It’s always uncomfortable to get something done to your ears but they talked me through each step. I also learned a lot about ears in general while I was there which is always helpful. I can’t thank them enough for giving me my ears back!

PROFESSIONAL HEARING HAS BEEN WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. The hearing aids they suggested for my level of hearing loss are a perfect fit. They have improved my quality of life profoundly. Would not hesitate to refer anyone who needs help with hearing loss and help choosing the right hearing aid.

I was having a problem not hearing with my new hearing aids. The receptionist quickly got my problem in front of one of their highly qualified technical staff. Within a few minutes, the technician came out with my hearing aids and I was able to hear clearly one more. The technician showed me what was happening and how to fix it myself. Another example of the quick, professional service I have received in all my interactions with Professional Hearing Services.

Dr Rosinko is amazing. She is very caring and thorough. She takes the time to answer your questions even ones that you haven’t thought to ask. Highly recommend her

Excellent in every way. All have their doctorate in audiology. Do not cut corners on your hearing. If you don't wear your hearing aids routinely, you probably don't have the right ones and you have spent several thousand dollars on a device for nothing. This practice will put you in hearing aids designed for you.

The staff at Interstate All Battery Center were very helpful and professional. They tested my battery, explained the health of it clearly, and helped me get set up with a new battery that’s working perfectly. The whole process was quick and easy. Highly recommend their service.

My husband had us drive over an hour to Indianapolis to get a battery here because "interstate is the best." The. We had an issue with the battery, so to get a new one we had to drive over an hour back to Indy to get it. Austin was there and he was great. He immediately came out and switched out the battery and we were on our way. He was friendly and quick. Thanks!

This place is amazing. The employees were phenomenal but a special shout-out to Isaac, who helped me (not pictured) with understanding what a used battery actually means. I was hesitant about buying used, but it was the best decision financially. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you, Isaac, for your help and your kindness. Also, I added the Santa and Reindeer to the photo as I really felt Santa had a play in leading us here by getting help from Eric at the roadside service we used.

I have been extremely pleased with the full service team at Midwest Ear. They not only got me hooked up with a quality of life changing hearing aid about 5 years ago, but they’ve been wonderful problem-solving both hearing aid issues and changes in my hearing. They listen and address my concerns which is very much appreciated. Dr. Ostrowski and Amy are especially wonderful!

Was recommended by my PCP for tinnitus. Had hearing test and my caregiver Jamie did a great job and recommended I get a hearing aid. Met with Val, who is an audiologist, in their facility as well. She did a great job and recommended the right hearing aid for me. She really cares and is very enthusiastic about helping me fell better. I highly recommend this center for all your hearing needs.

Dr Ostrowski and his staff went above and beyond to help me with my problem. After my examination by Dr Ostrowski, he asked the staff member to call the doctor‘s office that Dr Ostrowski referred me to for an appointment. When she received information from the referral doctor that he did not take patients with my problem, Dr Ostrowski had her call back, leave a message for the referral doctor to call him. As a result of their phone call, I now have an appointment with the doctor to whom he referred me. Thank you, Dr Ostrowski and your staff!

Dr. O and his audiologist were great. Dr. O explained everything in detail about my hearing test and hearing loss and showed me the comparisons from my previous 4 years. He showed me.what was normal and discussed tones and ranges and what I was hearing or not hearing. He's awesome..

I had my first appointment with Dr. Ostrowski and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the first time in a long time that I felt validated at a doctor’s appointment. He is kind, thorough, professional, listens, and provided explanations that I could understand. I highly recommend him and his staff. Val did my hearing test. She explained each step and was also wonderful. Check out was a breeze with making follow up appointments. I am glad I chose this office for my care.

I went in for the pre cochlear implant appointment. Hearing test was done, follow-up on the product and then follow-up with surgeon in the afternoon. I was pleased with the audiologist and the intern who was with her and with the surgeon. They answered questions and if it wasn’t their area, redirected me to ask the correct practitioner. All were thorough. Very patient and knowledgeable

Jennifer takes her time and really listens to you. She wants to make sure you are happy with your hearing aids. We spent over an hour discussing my particular needs for hearing. I left the office with a pair of loaner hearing aids. I return next week to receive my new hearing aids. Client care and service is excellent.

Jennifer is very personable, knowledgeable and explained my audiogram to me and my husband. She answered all of our questions and assisted me with getting the hearing aids that best suit my needs. No pressure to choose one brand over another and we scheduled my fitting before leaving the office. Cannot recommend enough! Southside Hearing Care were excellent beginning to end. They were able to get me in on the same day for an emergency and fixed everything super quick. I took my 90 year old mother today. She also has Alzheimer’s. The audiologist, Jennifer, was really good working with mom. She was very kind and understanding and took great patience with mom.

One month ago, Renee the Receptionist had me fill out three pages of information, and scheduled an appointment for 2:00 PM today, Tuesday, August 26, 2025. When I arrived at 1:50 PM, there were balloons and a sign taped to the door that read, "Closed for VIP Event," but I opened the door and entered the lobby anyway. Renee the Receptionist asked, "Can I help you?" I told her I was there for my 2:00 PM appointment. Renee then asked me for my name and my phone number. Renee went into her computer, looked confused, tried to hand me a clipboard, and asked me to fill out the three pages of information I filled out a month ago. I decided to leave and write this review, and if it were possible to do so, I would give the Indiana Hearing Aid Company zero stars for administrative incompetence.

My experience was very good. I have starkey hearing aids. Matt made some adjustments to update my hearing quality after an efficient hearing test. I’m very pleased with the results. The receptionist and Matt are very pleasant and helpful there at the Shadland office in Indianapolis.

Alpha Hearing Care is a wonderful caring and family oriented service. I received my first ever pair of hearing aids recently. They walked me through step by step to make sure I was ready and able to wear them. I am happy with my hearing and what I can hear. Clarity of n hearing is wonderful.

They were every nice and helpful with me. He took all the time to help me. I amnot good with all this new technology bet he helped me through all this. He was very patient with me. I am so lucky my insurance let me go to them

Excellent service from beginning to end of process. Hearing aids are great, the test was made as easy as possible, everything was well explained, the staff was friendly, and they helped me navigate the complex insurance process.

They took the time to make sure I got the right hearing aids for me and not the most expensive like other companies. They also took the time to make sure I got the best hearing test for me. Just got done with my 3rd appointment and I am so very impressed with them and my new hearing aids. These are my 5th set of hearing aids in my lifetime and these are the best ones I have ever used. The sound quality in these are far superior from the last set from the last place that I got them from.

I have been involved with 2 other hearing centers prior to finding the very best which is Alpha. Omg it is the absolute best center i have ever walked into. I took my mom on a referral because beltone no longer accepted Anthem. And when we walked in, it was a whole inviting family feel. We were immediately care for and not felt like a number or we didn't matter, but truly my mom's hearing issues was their top priority and making her very comfortable and making sure that we all had a clear understanding what her needs are and how moving forward would be best for her. Desiree is the epitome of what excellent customer service is, and what we rarely see anymore she was a breath of fresh air. Mr. Macias was amazing as well he handle her with kid gloves so 2 speak and trust me sometimes she can be a handful. But he handled her with such compassion and care none like I had ever seen. So for me I'm glad they no longer accepted the previous insurance because going here was such a blessing, I'm thankful she is in good hands. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.ALPHA HEARING CENTER for your hearing needs. They are top tier for sure. Thanx so much for your TLC. Did I mentioned we laughed 😄😂and had a good time in our conversations. Dennis was great. Very informative and genuinely concerned. I would liked the process to be a bit more expeditious. I felt their equipment was maybe a bit antiquated. I walked out of their wit a $6800 pair of hearing aides. I felt their equipment multiple visits could have been streamlined into a more condensed version. But like I said Dennis was great

First off, presentation is everything. The office was nice and neat. My initial encounter with the office staff was warm and friendly. When it was time for me to begin my hearing assessment, the audiologist asked detailed questions regarding my overall health and explained how my yes or no answers to certain questions could have an affect on my ability or inability to hear adequately. After my tests were completed, again the audiologist explained what each procedure was for and what it revealed. In my case, I was congratulated for having good hearing health and was scheduled for a follow up visit next year to stay on top of healthy hearing. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this company and location.

Went to hearing life in speedway, one hour per day walk in assistance. Very inconvenient. Hearing aids not working. Was told it would be $550 to send in could be more that is diagnosis fee. Said they would not let you know what the repair would be. You would owe the fee when sent back. Said would clean there for $60. I agreed to that then informed that wire needed replacement. Didn't know how to do it looked it up on Google. Never gave me a cost just did the replacement. Told me that I owed $160. Asked if I wanted to set an appointment with audiologist. I declined I purchased the hearing aids there, will never buy anything there again.

They are some of the most kind, patient , knowledgeable, and just caring people I’ve ever met!! Mary couldn’t be more accommodating, she has taken her personal time to meet me in the office on weekends twice , knowing my career includes travel. You will never find more beautiful people in this industry, I’m sure of it! Please let them help you , it will absolutely change your life 👍

I am a new customer of Beltone on 86th Street. I have found the Receptionist to be very kind and helpful. She seams to go out of her way to be sure your needs are met. It’s a little early to say but at this point the Audiologist has been exceptional. He stated he has had a long career with Beltone and it seems to show in his knowledge and knowing how to make adjustments and correcting things that need fixed. At this point, I am giving a perfect score and have no reason to think that will change.

Both Dr. Kari and Lori were exceptional in their care for this patient. I have an issue with wax in my ears that renders all the devices I have tried previously virtually useless. Dr. Kari has taken the time to listen and explain to me the importance of hearing aid maintenance. Lori volunteered to clean my hearing aids while I waited for my appointment. Great team to help with this issue.

Dr. Ravindran G. Elluru, ENT at Peyton Manning is the real deal! He is one of the most genuine, caring, and experienced doctors that I have ever met. The feeling of someone genuinely caring about the wellbeing of your child is one you want with a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Elluru!

Dr. Elleru is the best! My daughter has been with him since she was 4 years old. He always goes above and beyond for her. He is very understanding of her disability and listens to me and my opinion on things.

Dr. Elluru is fantastic. He took the time to make a connection with myself and both kiddos even though only my son was being seen. He evaluated, explained and prepared us for everything. I wouldn’t trust anyone more than him to do my son’s surgery! We were referred in January, seen in February and scheduled his procedure for March. So I am happy with the response time. The front office was also helpful when I had to call for help on where to park and how to get there in fear of being late to our appointment. They were kind and reassuring that we would make it. At check out they also offered suckers that my kiddos had been hoping for. Overall a 10/10 visit. Thanks to all!

Let me start by saying Dr. Elluru with ENT was amazing! So kind and helpful! The staff of ENT were quite the opposite. Nurses don’t return your phone calls and are rude when they do. Front office, first face you see, was also unkind. Very disappointed in our visit overall. Will be going to find care elsewhere.
