Customer Reviews
Fernando’s Mexican & Brazilian Cuisine has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 based on over 556 reviews on Google
Some upscale Mexican/latin restaurants aren’t worth the extra cost to me, but Fernando’s is fantastic! I got Chicken empanadas, chips and queso, steak fajitas and a Paloma. All were delicious. I would recommend a different steak than the fajitas as the fajita steak was flavorful and tender, but other steak options coming out looked better. Friends got the Pollo Azteca and it was fantastic!! Highly recommend this spot. Indoor is very loud - if you prefer less noise, consider the patio!
Our meal was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We sat outside at a hightop to enjoy the weather. Our server was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Brazilian food is all new to me, but all I know is that after this meal, I want more of it. Everything was so flavorful and just felt made you feel the love they put into the food. The cod fish croquettes were perfectly cooked and I could eat a whole bucket full of them. 😆 And, without question, the Sinaloa tacos are HANDS DOWN the best shrimp tacos I've ever had. The portions are crazy generous for the price you pay. I would gladly go again tomorrow. It's that good. Stop reading this and go. And order one of everything. 😍 A huge thank you to Cristiano and his entire staff!!!
Fernando’s has easily become one of our favorite little spots — small, cozy, and packed with flavor. They’ve got a menu full of familiar dishes, each with their own delicious twist. So many places claim they can replicate authentic flavors, but Fernando’s actually delivers. The desserts? 10/10. Their flan deserves its own standing ovation — creamy, sweet, and just the right amount of nostalgia in every bite. The drinks are perfectly balanced too, not too sweet, not too strong…just right 🙂 The staff is warm and friendly, the energy’s relaxed, and honestly, the whole place just feels good to be in. We actually found it by accident — just walking around when the air suddenly started smelling suspiciously delicious. We followed it like cartoon characters chasing a pie on a windowsill, and boom found this hidden gem😆. Definitely worth checking out!
Food was incredible. We got the cheese bread, shrimp burrito, steak quesadilla, and one of the best desserts I’ve ever had (guava pastel). Amazing staff too
We had a phenomenal dinner last night at Fernando’s. Service was fantastic, and the picanha sirloin steak was prepared perfectly! Flavors, temperature, and presentation were one of the best I have had of this Brazilian cut. My wife got the shrimp tacos which were also very good. The guacamole and chips appetizer were also delicious, along with the cocktails. The cucumber margarita and caipirinhas were great, highly recommend the Caiprinha made with the aged cachaca. Place has a chill, but casual nice, bar feel, and a nice covered outdoor patio seating area. Updated after last night’s visit: Picanha was fantastic yet again! And the feijoada was unbelievable as well!
Food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are so warm and friendly. They donate to the community. The restaurant itself is super cute. All around recommend.
Not even kidding the penne was some of the best pasta I've ever had in my LIFE. I plan to come back just for that alone. The entire table couldn't stop raving about and sharing the food with each other. Great atmosphere and service. 10/10 want to gatekeep but have to recommend
