Our waitress was so sweet. Talk about table side service. The food was pretty tasty. My husband's friend recommended it to us. Definitely keeping this as a date night idea

I love this place. The food and service was excellent. The appetizer was great and received fast. There is a long wait on deep dish pizza but totally worth it! It's very filling with 2 pieces. The walls could use a fresh paint.

They were short staffed. For a small thin crust margarita pizza it took an extremely long time !! once we got it they tell us that they were out of basil. And there was no tomatoes on it. Why would you make just a cheese pizza and not tell us first so if you wanted to change your minds, we so we just got a cheese pizza. It was OK tasting, but I’ve had better !! Our server never came back to us at all so we got a different one and he was nice. we won’t be coming back here.

Had such a great experience here! The atmosphere is super cool, clean, and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed meal or a fun night out. Our server, Glenn, was outstanding—friendly, polite, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and then went all in on a Chicago-style deep-dish pizza. Honestly, it was incredible—fresh toppings, rich, flavorful sauce, and those cheesy pulls that make you go "wow." Every bite was just perfect. The whole vibe, combined with amazing service and seriously good food, made this spot a total winner. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Indy—it’s the kind of place that makes you excited for your next visit. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and a chill, fun atmosphere.

Wonderful service from the start. We were brought inside early from waiting in the cold until they opened. Our server Neph was enthusiastic and attentive to all of our needs. The pizza exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect choice for lunch before the Colts game!!!

Solid dining experience. I had the tomato bruschetta, which was overflowing with the perfect mix of chopped tomato, garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, all sitting atop mozzarella cheese and crispy bread. I ate it so fast I forgot to take a picture! The deep dish pizza was cooked as ordered and was the perfect size for one. Service was prompt and friendly.

Giordano's Deep Dish pizza is a Chicago classic for a reason! I brought my family, and we were all impressed. The deep dish was exactly what you'd hope for—thick, cheesy, and absolutely delicious. The kids, who are usually picky eaters, couldn't get enough, which made the meal a definite win in my book. The only small hiccup was the garlic bread. While I didn't mind it, the rest of my family only had one bite and passed on the rest, saying it had a strange smell. It was a bit odd, and they ended up leaving it untouched. Despite the garlic bread, the food was great, and our experience was made even better by our server, Max. He was fantastic—so friendly and polite, and he made sure we had everything we needed. His service really elevated our dinner. We'll definitely be back for the deep dish, and hopefully, the garlic bread is better next time!
