I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival from your dealership and hate a great experience with Merrien. She was very friendly and thoughtful throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable in my decision, which made me appreciative. However, I did want to share some feedback about the finance portion of the transaction. I ended completing my decision and finance with Nic and Terry. I felt the customer service received by Marcel could be improved. A more welcoming approach would go a long way in helping customers feel supported during such an Important part of the buying experience.

2nd time submitting this review. Someone at Ray Skillman changed my 1 star rating to a 4 star rating. I did NOT change my rating. They also removed my review. Firstly, I just want to say the team that I worked with were very nice people and even had me come in to get a key fob at no cost to me. That being said, let's get into it. I traveled 2.5 hours to get the vehicle they said I was approved for, I was so excited. Bought the Dodge Caravan and brought it home where I immediately noticed the back bumper (one piece) had clearly been hit. I did not notice this during the visual inspection I did prior to leaving the lot. I did not buy the warranty at time of purchase. I own that piece. Then when filling the gas tank, I can't leave the hose in the gas tank and walk away from it because every few seconds, the hose will pop off so I have to stand there to be able to fill my tank. I did a google search and (not confirmed) it has something to do with the emissions system. Sounds expensive doesn't it? Then we took a vacation and as long as the van was moving, no problems but when we had to stop, the van would stop in traffic every time we stopped (safe?, no!) I took it to a local mechanic and...wait for it...it's a transmission issue. The technician says it's may cost between $6-7K to repair!! I've only made one car payment! I've owned it less than a month. Oh, Ray Skillman's staff did offer to help diagnosis it prior to me taking it to a local shop (at my cost) if I would bring it in. I don't feel safe in this vehicle so there is no way I'm traveling 2.5 hours to have it checked out. Unfortunately, I can't, in good conscience, recommend this dealership, even though I enjoyed my interactions with the staff. I would feel horrible if someone else bought into a similar substandard vehicle based on my recommendation. So disappointed.

Ezra was great! He found the car I’ve been looking for, drove to Greenwood to get it and had it ready for me when I got to the dealership. Bim was quick to answer my questions about personal vs. business loans and Peyton had things done quickly. Great experience and I highly recommend visiting. Ask for Ezra, he’s the best!

This was my first car buying experience but one of many for my partner. We were both pleasantly surprised at how smooth the process was. Rodrigo played a huge part in that! He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and real - something most salesmen aren't. He and his manager worked with us on our trade in and concerns about the car (new car had some minor scratches and they worked to make it right). All in all, we drove away in our new 2025 Mazda CX-30, happy with how things went and feeling very comfortable with the finances and reliability of the car.

Ray Skillman Hyundai service department is very frustrating to deal with. I have a 2024 Tuson I bought from Ray Skillman, in just over a year I had to take it in due to a loud noise when hitting bumps, It turned out to be a shock that went bad so they send me back home. Telling me they would have to order a shock had to come back in a week later to have the shock installed. Yesterday I called their service department and told them the air conditioning had stopped working. They told me to bring it in today and I live an hour away from them. I drive all the way there. Sit in there show room for two hours waiting for them to come out and tell me that their Freon machine does not work., And that I will have to come back next week so they can put it on the machine and tell me what’s wrong then they will then order the part and I’ll have to come back again to hopefully install the part. This makes three trips to get one problem solved. their service. Staff is very polite, but their service itself is very frustrating.. Every time I have went in there, they send me back home to tell me to come back in a week or two to hopefully get the problem fixed. Sometimes it takes three trips, possibly four trips to get anything done.. Ray Skillman’s "customer no service department" is very frustrating to deal with. I don’t think my next car will come from Ray Skillman .
