What an amazing company! All healthy options! I have 2 ferrets and have been struggling to find food thats actually healthy for them! They have a lot that needs to go into their diet and are carnivores! So many companies put toxic things into ferrets recipes! Raw paws is affordable and healthy. You get a big bag of food! Thank you so much for taking care of my fur babies.

I ordered roughly $1600 in RAW PMR for my dog with severe food allergies. I received 3 of the 4 boxes on a Friday all in perfect condition all completely intact meat FROZEN, the 4th box was separated in transport by the transporter company. It arrived SEVERELY damaged and all meat bad. I contacted the company and that was on Saturday which was out of business hours. They immediately called me Monday morning when they opened up. They verified the box was damaged and the product was BAD. They reissued the fourth boxes contents to me and it arrived completely frozen NO issues!!! This company is wonderful, their food is wonderful! My dog had had absolutely no reactions to it and it’s one of the only complete diet PMR on the market that’s actually worth purchasing. I’m not a forever customer! My dog and I both thank you, I have spent thousands of dollars in vet bills and allergen testing and we know the triggers and you guys have saved my dog from anymore treatment with the vet! THANK YOU ☺️

Very happy with the product and service. Ordering is easy, shipping is quick. My previous vendor only shipped one day a week, Raw Paws ships every day. This is a big plus for me. I live is South Florida and during this very hot summer, the food arrives in 2 days and is still frozen or at least very chilled.

I started the raw meat diet for my two dachshunds about 4 months ago. I'm very pleased with the customer service and delivery process. I couldn't get one of my dogs to eat the processed dry dog food, but now she begs for more. Also noticed that their coats seem to be shinnier and softer. One of them had terrible breathe and now he just has dog breathe. I didn't realize how much sugar was in dry dog food and it was literally rooting my dog's teeth. For reference if you want to order for small dogs. My two 10-15 lb dogs eat about 20 lbs per month. Love this company and the food for my dogs. They are very happy dogs.

This company Raw Paws is fantastic company! Great products. Healthy alternatives to other places. My dog is diabetic and they offer many low and no carb foods and treats that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Ive ordered many times and plan to continue! Excellent customer service as well!!

This company is amazing. We switched from kibble after our rescue dog had some health issues and we wanted to feed her what she was meant to be eating! They have amazing customer service and the auto ship is amazing. We moved from Indiana to WI and haven’t had any issues. They are amazing!!!! Do your pet a favor and switch to raw food.

Update: Started an autoship. Had my 1st delivery on 9/5 and set it for a 4 month delivery schedule. 4 days later they are trying to send another full shipment. Called to cancel but no one answers the phones. Sent an email and still waiting for a response. I would not suggest starting a subscription because they don't go by what you ask for at all. How do you confuse 4 months with 4 days???
