Rainbow Shops

I like the storm but the only thing is they shoot are not true to the size. I will set 7 and I couldn't find a shoe that fits my feet. I tried on the size 9 and I couldn't get my feet through the shoe. I only found one shoe that Fit my size. It took someone that doesn't work there to help me find the shoes that fit my feet. What is sad is I like the shoes? A whole lot and I'm upset that I couldn't find the shoes that I did like. The could fit my feet. I wonder, is it a robot is making the shoes because they're not true to the size..

Nice store its a lil congested trying to walk through and find things but i was able to find some cute stuff. I will let you know the clothes run small so if your a true plus size woman the 4x is like a 24 so i don't want any women to feel bad cause the clothes don't fit you right its not you sweetie their sizes just run small

Really like this store, the workers are very helpful normally and polite for the most part. My biggest complaint with this store is that the clothing falls apart extremely easily with some pieces and they can come with destroyed parts. Along with this, they are pretty good about returns and exchanges thought.

Do to my experience @ rainbow located at 45th Lafeyatte Rd. Indianapolis, In Approximately 6:00pm Feburary 7,2019, Rainbow have lost my and my families business. Who has been a lifetime customer.... I'm truly disappointed in your employees customer service. I do not appreciate how I was being talk to and treated by the team lead that was managing the store. There was a reck of items that was on display advertised (if purchase 2 or more, price is $6 each). I asked a sales associate if the price was accurate. She ensured me that it was. But after reaching the check out the team lead told me my item from that rack was in fact $7. I asked if she could honor my two items at $6 each versus the $7. Seeing that's what the sign advertised for selected items. She advised me she couldn't and said if she remove the sign that apparently advertise the wrong price she'd still have to charge me the $7 per item. May I add there was no indication of what was selected for $6 versus the $7 items. I had the team lead to call the store manager. She said they could not honor the $6 and went to make fun that it was only $1 more... It was insulting and it belittle my intellections, they clearly did not honor what the sign said. I myself have worked in retail for many years and what I've learned when dealing with customers is sometimes it can be a miss understanding on advertised prices. But what you don't do is try to make a customer feel as if they don't understand the very words that their reading for sake of trying to be right. When I shop not only am I shopping for the product I'm also shopping for the enjoyment. My case and point is that this isn't about the $2 dollars difference, it's about the lack-of respect Rainbow employees showed me as a customer. I would seriously encourage your team lead as well as your general manager to be retrained due to the lack of their customer service. Because they think it's okay to be disrespectful and create a scene because they are the employee. They want your money but refuse to respect the customer. Ps: While the manager was no better she disregarded and downplay the whole situation while accompanying the teamlead from over the phone. She told the teamlead to over look my concern and moved on to the next customer! I was appalled and not value as a buying customer! WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I just walked out!!!...I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to buy a few items. I walked in no response, gesture, not even a look...the girl at the register would not even say hello...after asking for assistance. They must do really well with sales for the workers to not actually work. I will not come back ever!!!...horrible customer service.. go where your money is valued.

Sooooo I happened to slide in here this past weekend just to hear the store associates talking about sucking d**k for McDonald's. You would've thought they would've toned it down since there were customers in the store but NOPE!! Heard all about one of their sexual history and all she had to do for a meal and a sweet tea. She was super sweet once we got to the register but failed to realize we could all hear her beforehand. As you said repeatedly, your "history wasn't a mystery" but it'll be nice to keep your history to yourself while at work. Me and my auntie could've went without all the deets!
