Our expectations were exceeded by Pools by Cory! We were impressed how smooth of a process this was and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. This company is a well oiled machine that truly cares about the customer experience. Each phase has a point of contact and everyone was so helpful along the way. We could reach out at anytime with questions and they were always receptive to our ideas. Justin did a great job with our initial meeting and planning and really made our dream become a reality. Cory is very much involved on site and truly cares about the quality of work being done. As business owners ourselves, this was greatly appreciated. All other team members were/are great as well! I recently had the pleasure of working with Pools by Cory for the installation of my new pool, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! Pools by Cory did a fantastic job on our pool install this spring. The team finished it on schedule as promised. Communication with us as their clients went really good and we learned a lot during the "pool school" they teach. Taught us how to operate the pool and to keep the water chemicals perfect. Our original pool had some pretty major issues, including crumbling concrete, along with age and damage problems with the liner and cover. Pools by Cory (especially Cory and Alex) spent a lot of time with us and gave us repair vs replace options and advice. They helped us talk through and decide on the best approach for our specific needs. Ultimately we ended up with an amazing brand new social/family-geared fiberglass pool that makes us feel like we have a resort in our back yard. We couldn't be happier with the pool, concrete deck area, and the overall appearance of our final project. As any questions, concerns, or issues came up during the demo and installation, the Pools by Cory team was very receptive and responsive. We especially appreciated that when the opportunity arose they moved us up on the schedule, which gave us an extra 2 months of enjoying our new pool last summer. We really think Cory and his leadership team are doing their best to make the pool ownership experience a great one for each and every family they work with. They obviously care about and enjoy what they do! We literally use and enjoy our pool every day throughout the season. Poor communication. Poor execution. Poor listening. We made a plan for what we wanted our dream pool to look like. The project manager forgot what it was and did something else. By the time we realized they messed up, it was too late. We settled for a different design hoping that would look good… instead we got extra landscaping that died immediately and thick concrete that seems improperly constructed. Huge chips/cracks within weeks of being poured. Tried talking to them about it but they were done and moved on to a new project. Now I’ve paid $90,000 for a pool that looks like it could fall apart at any moment Go with someone else

We could not be happier with our service from 'Pools by Cory'. Not only did we have fantastic communication every step of the way but Cory introduced us to each point of contact whether that was the concrete team, the project manager, to the maintenance team that helps service our pool when we have questions that we are likely asking that we should know. The front office is super responsive and helpful every single time my wife reaches out to them. The couple times they came out to service something it was something that they could have explained over the phone but went the extra mile in swinging by the house and explaining it in person to us so that we fully understood. In our initial search for a pool vendor we had estimates from only a few places as most places acted as if our project was not big enough. The team with 'Pools by Cory' were first class the whole way. I cannot stress enough how important communication and over communication is when purchasing something of this magnitude and we truly felt like they were with us every step of the way and even after the pool was setup and running. They even have contacts for projects you might want to do after the pool is in such as fences, decks, lighting etc!

Pools by Cory made this dream a reality! From start to finish, they provided information, educated us patiently through the process, were there to answer any questions at any time. Their staff and crew were always respectful, on time, and always willing to take time to answer any thing we needed. Very grateful that we chose this pool company for our backyard oasis!
