Pets, Paws, & Pals Pet Transportation is a wonderful company to do business with. Jamie Brown is the Coordination Specialist who arranged for my fur baby to be picked up in New Orleans and transported to New Jersey. Franklin was the transporter and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire journey. Franklin sent pictures and updates periodically and even called to assure me that my fur baby was safe and on schedule to be delivered. Pets, Paws, & Pals used a luxury van complete with tinted windows and climate control. They exceeded my expectations, and their transportation fee was more than fair and worth every penny, knowing my fur baby was in good hands.

Jaime and Jewelian were so very nice to work with. My furbaby, Barkley, was in our arms so quickly. He was happy and had fun taking a long ride. Thank you so much for being an Amazing company. I will definitely use them again, if or when the time comes. Great job!!!!!

We were very please and excited about the transport of our new baby from Louisiana to New Jersey. Jamie was wonderful in setting up the transport between the seller and us. The drive, Lamar was awesome. He kept us informed of his travels and how our new girl was making out. No hidden or unanswered questions. He was wonderful in keeping us informed. He was gentle and loving with her to get out of the van and in her new environment. I will definitely use and recommend this company.

Due to logistic issues, we had the cancel with another delivery service 2 days before we were supposed to get our puppy. I gave Pets Paws & Pals a call thinking there was no way they could deliver our puppy for the same time, and they did. Jamie did a great job quickly coordinating things and within 48 hours of calling, we had our puppy delivered. They were super responsive and the driver continually updated me during the trip. I highly recommend Pets Paws & Pals!

I couldn’t be happier with this service. I was very hesitant to use a pet shipper because I am very protective of my dog who suffers from epilepsy and is recovering from a knee surgery. Unfortunately circumstances around my military move necessitates that booked their express shuttle. They were communicative and professional and willing to accommodate my requests to lift the dog in and out of the van and monitor her medicine to prevent seizures. They did all this and much more. During my move, my plan was delayed. They altered their plans to meet. My dog got sick in her crate on the plane and they graciously helped clean her and the crate along the way and make special stops to help her with her nausea. They even stopped to bathe her when she got sick on herself. They were in constant communication and very helpful. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

Fantastic Service!!! Pets Paws & Pals exceeded my expectations. They were timely, professional, courteous, and most importantly, attentive to all my goldendoodle's needs. We took advantage of the express point to point service from the west to east coast and Pets Paws & Pals did not disappoint. The driver stayed in daily contact and provided comprehensive updates complete with photos and brief summaries of my doodles' journey. He arrived just as clean, happy, and go lucky as he was when he was originally picked up. Thank you Pets Paws & Pals for easing my anxiety over a coast to coast transport. Your outstanding dedication to the pets that you service and "their people" did not go unnoticed. Easily 5 stars and a Woof!!

We recently transported our Bernese Mountain Dog from Maine to Colorado. Jaime was very helpful setting up and making the arrangements for the trip at our convenience. Lamar was waiting for us when we arrived at the pickup location and immediately made us feel comfortable especially when our dog walked right in to the van and seemed completely at ease. Lamar was professional, delightful, and communicated often and Emma arrived here no worst for the wear. This is in stark contrast from the last company we used the previous year. We will definitely have Pet Paws & Pals again. Emma is looking forward to the trip back with Lamar!! Thanks.
