Pet Fetch is so fantastic. I could not be more pleased. I was accommodated every step of the way, which was impressive considering our dog had a serious neck injury and she was being picked up from the vet’s office. But our deliverer was very understanding, patient and took care of everything beyond expectation. She took the time to speak to the doctors, got the medication, and took time to make our dog comfortable. She was so polite and just wonderful. We could not have asked for a better experience. I have a large dog with weak back legs so it’s difficult getting him in and out of my car, especially when sedated. He needed outpatient surgery and I was a mess trying to figure out how to get him to and from the vet. Then I found Casey’s website and emailed/texted with her multiple times. She was wonderful!! She wasn’t phased by his physical status. Casey is kind, caring, personable, and professional. The trip to and from the vet went smoothly despite my dog’s problems. She was very good with me and my dog which made us both feel comfortable. Casey came into the vet hospital with me and sat with me for a few minutes until I could calm down. She truly has a gift for dealing with dogs and anxious helicopter dog moms like me!!
We have used Wagger on the move twice so far, but plan to use the service consistently. Casey is so professional, and so good with my dog. She’s also very flexible and I just feel safe and confident with her. I couldn’t recommend the service more.

Wagger provides a service that, frankly, we’ve needed for a long time. With schedules that sometimes conflict, we can’t always take our dog, Daisy, to daycare or pick her up in the allotted timeframe. Wagger to the rescue! Our dog loves transporting with Wagger and Casey. Daisy is always securely housed in a crate when transported, and Wagger is always on time when picking up Daisy and dropping her off. Ok—I am the craziest dog lady of the crazy dog ladies and I love this service! Our pup (who is not a great car rider and usually has to be medicated) had some issues she needed to have seen by a vet, of course the same morning we were leaving on a trip. Before cancelling my trip, I reached out to Casey at Wagger and she TOTALLY SAVED ME. She picked Bronsen up from the vet and drove her home after treatment. She not only got her home safely, but sent pictures and kept us updated the entire time. It definitely eased my dog mom guilt to know she was so well cared for. Casey is dog savvy, kind, and truly loves what she does and it shows in her work. I would absolutely recommend Wagger to friends for all their transport needs!

I did had 2 puppies delivered to my house couple weeks ago. Driver was great ,he was keeping me updated thru whole trip from Indiana to Florida.
