We had an amazing transport experience with PetCommute for our new kitten, specifically with flight nanny Jose! The itinerary and handoffs were clear, and he stayed in contact via text before and during the transport process. Jose took extra good care of our kitten going through security, and he sent photos along the way. This company was wonderful to work with!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pet Commute and their incredible service. I recently rescued a 5-year-old, 105-pound German Shepherd mix from North Carolina named Denver Blue and needed him transported safely all the way to Southern California. I was honestly nervous about such a long trip, especially since I found Denver through a Facebook post where his previous family was going through a tough time and needed to rehome him. From the moment Jake arrived, every single one of my fears disappeared. Jake (and his very sweet dog, Bean) treated Denver with so much kindness, patience, and genuine love. Even though Denver was unsure at first, he became completely at home with Jake right away. You could tell he felt safe. Throughout the entire trip, Jake sent constant updates, tons of photos, and little notes about how Denver was settling in. It was obvious that Jake has a pure, gentle soul and Denver absolutely adored him. Seeing Denver relax, smile, and bond with him made the whole experience stress-free for me. I would trust Pet Commute with ANY of my animals’ transport needs. They went above and beyond and I will forever be grateful for how beautifully they cared for Denver Blue. Let me say right up front, we would use Pet Commute again. Pam is the person who moved our dog, Brewster, from Denver to Boston. Pam accepted Brewster late Tuesday night along with leashes and cushions and promised to take care oh him. She kept that promise by buying our picky eater McDonald's hamburgers and chicken nuggets every day until they reached Boston. Excellent service. Once the paperwork was completed and the invoice paid, they delivered as promised. A painless process, really. They delivered our dog pictured below. He was well cared for during the trip from Jacksonville to Tampa. I highly recommend and will use them again if I need my pets transported.

PetCommute took a very challenging move on with absolutely zero fuss. We moved from DFW, Texas to Portland, Oregon. Due to the tight schedule of our moving company, we opted to fly. Airline would take our cat, but not our beloved Lab/Pit mix, Gabby. Theresa and the team took the challenge head on, even enabling us to provide our car as the transport vehicle. So, for one fee, our car and our fur baby made it across the country safely in just about 48 hours. The service was top notch, with clear contracts, pricing, and communication. Speaking of communication, we got multiple video check ins from our, driver, John. I shouldn't neglect to mention that sudden illness prompted a change of driver with less than 24 hours notice, and they made it happen. We landed our flight in Portland, settled, then woke up to the arrival of our baby pup. Our family was whole instantly. It's like she never left! Book Pet Commute. Just do it. Due to circumstances and a leg injury, we needed to relocate our beloved family pet from Phoenix to my son in Tampa. This was our first time transporting her across the country, and honestly, several companies I researched made me nervous. He walked me through the entire process and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The driver, Billy, was fantastic! He kept in regular contact, letting me know when he was arriving and enthusiastically explaining each step. We really needed her there by the weekend since my son works during the week, and Billy came through. He sent photos throughout the day—morning and afternoon—so we could see she was doing well, plus he gave us updates from the road. They transported my cousins dog displaced by fire from Florida to me in Massachusetts. Safely navigating New Englands blizzard. Along the way shared pictures and updates using an app. Was verbally quoted a much lower rate. However the price is still better than competitors. Pricing is contingent on your dogs height and weight. Be accurate. There is also processing fees. They will give you a total with fees on a quote/invoice. Your animal must be up to date on vaccinations. All in all very happy with the communication and service!

Blue Collar saved me in delivering my Molly dog directly to my son’s house. I’m on a six week vacation and I needed her to be with me. She’s just a little too big to fly with me. I would have had to shorten my trip if she couldn’t come. They were very professional and kept me informed the whole way. The door to door delivery is amazing. I would definitely recommend Blue Collar Pet Transport for any pet transportation needs. I needed to transport our dog from California to Virginia and was running out of options since our dog was larger (60lbs) than airlines would allow. My nephew found Blue Collar and they were awesome. From explaining the process to letting me know communicating with me in the limited time that I had to plan this trip. The service we opted for was a shared ride van transport which made the trip affordable and painless. The drivers would stop to take bathroom breaks for our dog Bobby and get out to stretch his legs and stuff and took photos and messaged us with updates. This was very reassuring and the whole time the drivers were so polite and professional. It's not everyday you patron a business with employees who act like they like their jobs and are professional. I could not be happier with the service I received. I had a lot of anxiety beforehand as this was my first experience transporting my dog Sydney. The communication from the beginning was excellent, and as soon as I met Mandy & Steve at the handover all my worries melted away. They were so calm and reassuring. I can’t recommend pet transportation services highly enough. They brought my dog, George, safely from England to Faro, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the journey, which made a potentially stressful process feel completely manageable. Mandy was a great POC and sent us tracking links so we had up dated location info. George was clearly well cared for, and it was obvious that his welfare was their top priority. My experience with my dog ​​Bella was absolutely magnificent! She has already traveled two different routes with the Pet Transports team and everything was wonderful! The first trip was from Paris to London and the following month she traveled again from London to Brussels. Absolutely first class service. I was given loads of advice as I didn’t have a clue how to get my little rescue dog from Portugal to the UK. Everything I was instructed to do was spot on. The lovely drivers collected the dog, Jilly, from my hotel at short notice. Checked all the paperwork, sent me pictures and even a tracking app on WhatsApp during the journey. Met them at Maidstone services and now I have her home! Would 100% recommend this service and all the people I have dealt with!

I am so glad I used this company for relocating my dog to Spain. They were very helpful during the whole process, friendly, and answered all my questions regarding paperwork. The van looked pretty cool too, the dogs being transported looked comfy and my dog was very happy and his usual self when he arrived at the destination. They do stops for walks, give them treats, and even have a small TV on at the back so the dogs don't feel lonely. I totally recommend Pet Transport Services if you're planning a trip with your dog and rather not drive yourself.

QT pet transport went above and beyond to be able to accommodate the smaller airports that I needed to be able to pick up my puppy from and to have her delivered to. This is not a service that they normally do and they spent a long time finding available flights. I truly appreciate this level of caring and service. Once my flights were scheduled everything went seamlessly. The communication with me was clear and concise. My pet nanny's name was Lola and she did a fantastic job with my Cane Corso puppy. My puppy arrived in good clean condition, she was alert, happy and healthy upon arrival. Lola was very good about texting and making certain that everybody met where they needed to and she sent photos each time they boarded their plane. Lola was everywhere she needed to be slightly early so there was no waiting around for her. This was my first time needing a pet service and QT pet transport went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. The only slight hiccup was that in the group text chat the breeder didn't get the entirety of the original text to go through on his phone for some reason. But I was able to give him the information that didn't go through on his end. Other than that everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a flight nanny service. But my experience far exceeded anything I could have imagined—from the Company itself to our amazing flight nanny, Eli. When I was accidentally charged twice (the initial payment appeared to fail), I reached out to the Company and received a refund within minutes of sending a text—no questions asked. I received timely updates via text when my furbaby was picked up from the breeder, boarded the plane, and was delivered curbside. My sister in Miami died a few months ago and I had to get her cat to Virginia. This was part cat rescue and part transport. Gabbi set us up with a terrific team who helped the elderly caretaker in Miami get him into the crate. They drove him straight through to us and while sure, he was upset, soon settled down and is now playing with our other animals. This is a great service. Are they cheap? No. But the difference between this and me driving down and back with hotel stops is not a huge diff. Great communications with the transport team, too. Recommended! (Give them a nice tip.)

I had a great experience with Pet Travel Transport and highly recommend them. My drivers were originally Jimmy and Whitney, who were highly communicative, and then I ended up with Michelle as my driver due to changes in schedule from the blizzard in the Northeast. Through all the stress and chaos of the blizzard and rescheduling, the Pet Travel Transport team kept my nerves at ease and handled the rescheduling with total flexibility. Gabbi was also lovely to work with and answered all my questions with patience. Maddie arrived happy and safe! The team was also very understanding of her needs and worked with her nervousness in the beginning. Shipping a 140lb yellow lab from St. Croix to Miami is no small task but Andy at Pet Travel Transport pulled it off in fine fashion. Last April when my friend backed out of helping me drive my car and cats home from Florida and I had exhausted all my options, I found Pet Travel Transport and I'm glad I did. Gabbi spent a lot of time convincing me their service would provide what I needed and be worth the expense. She paired me with Jim and Whitney. My cats are my most precious possessions and I cautiously handed my girls over to them. My anxiety was eased when Whitney got my highly stressed cat in the crate with ease. When they returned them to me in Michigan they showed no signs of distress and quickly readjusted. This season I requested Jim and Whitney again and was so happy they were available. I had no anxiety knowing they would safely transport them. Transferring them into the crates was a breeze with Whitney’s expertise. One of my fur babies was nestled in the pet bed provided and looked content before leaving my driveway. She knew she was safe. I appreciate their caring ways and extras they provide; pictures, texts, videos along the way and others beyond expectations. Jim and Whitney are good people and I’m so grateful to them and I will use no one else on future trips.

Highly recommend!! Our experience with the company was positive and streamlined. We were set up with a very caring and experienced pet transport driver, who took 9 pets on a cross-country van trek. Michelle kept to their daily routines to decrease their anxiety, cared for our special needs cat, even slept on the floor with our dog to comfort her! Worked with Janie and her team to move my two boys from Texas to Thailand, and I cannot say enough good things about them. We had some challenges from the outside world on this, and Janie stepped in and just took control to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and some of these challenges were not easy, such as my regular vet having let her USDA approval expire (Janie found a vet nearby to rush the exams and get the paperwork in on time). The communication throughout was exceptional, and the staff I met were absolutely amazing and handled my boys as if they were their own animals. Sunni, in particular, was amazing, as Aikman was overly stressed during the pickup in Texas, and she was extremely patient while I got him calmed down and we loaded up him and Emmitt for their trip. Let me put it this way… if you use another company, you are making a mistake. These guys have been doing this for about two decades and they are a well-oiled, and more importantly, caring, machine. As you can see from the pictures below, the boys were not traumatized from the trip, as they immediately came out, played, and explored their new home in Thailand. It is not possible to recommend a business more than I do this one. Thank you guys so much for the amazing job!

We hired Animal Land Pet Movers to get our cat from Atlanta to Cape Town. The process was complicated and very detailed. They did an excellent job – the entire team. In particular, Melissa – our point-of-contact – kept us informed, and answered our many questions quickly and with a lot of patience. I would give them more stars if I could, but since that is not possible, I will just say I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to everyone.

Everyone at Animal Land Pet Movers was incredible. I had such a great experience working with Janie! She was so supportive and knowledgeable about the entire process. She walked me through every step of the way and helped reassure me that my pup was going to make it on the plane even after she was barking like crazy in her crate at drop-off! There were some hiccups and stressful moments when it came to getting my pup's paperwork prior to travel, but that had to do with the incompetence of FedEx and not Janie or Pet Movers. I am appreciative of everything Janie and Animal Land Pet Movers did to get my girl to Scotland safely, and I will always be grateful!!! I cannot recommend Animal Land Pet Movers highly enough. Pets, Paws, & Pals Pet Transportation is a wonderful company to do business with. Jamie Brown is the Coordination Specialist who arranged for my fur baby to be picked up in New Orleans and transported to New Jersey. Franklin was the transporter and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire journey. Franklin sent pictures and updates periodically and even called to assure me that my fur baby was safe and on schedule to be delivered. Pets, Paws, & Pals used a luxury van complete with tinted windows and climate control. They exceeded my expectations, and their transportation fee was more than fair and worth every penny, knowing my fur baby was in good hands.

We were very please and excited about the transport of our new baby from Louisiana to New Jersey. Jamie was wonderful in setting up the transport between the seller and us. The drive, Lamar was awesome. He kept us informed of his travels and how our new girl was making out. No hidden or unanswered questions. He was wonderful in keeping us informed. He was gentle and loving with her to get out of the van and in her new environment. I will definitely use and recommend this company.

Due to logistic issues, we had the cancel with another delivery service 2 days before we were supposed to get our puppy. I gave Pets Paws & Pals a call thinking there was no way they could deliver our puppy for the same time, and they did. Jamie did a great job quickly coordinating things and within 48 hours of calling, we had our puppy delivered. They were super responsive and the driver continually updated me during the trip. I couldn’t be happier with this service. I was very hesitant to use a pet shipper because I am very protective of my dog who suffers from epilepsy and is recovering from a knee surgery. Unfortunately circumstances around my military move necessitates that booked their express shuttle. They were communicative and professional and willing to accommodate my requests to lift the dog in and out of the van and monitor her medicine to prevent seizures. They did all this and much more. During my move, my plan was delayed. They altered their plans to meet. My dog got sick in her crate on the plane and they graciously helped clean her and the crate along the way and make special stops to help her with her nausea. They even stopped to bathe her when she got sick on herself. They were in constant communication and very helpful. Could not recommend this company highly enough.

We recently transported our Bernese Mountain Dog from Maine to Colorado. Jaime was very helpful setting up and making the arrangements for the trip at our convenience. Lamar was waiting for us when we arrived at the pickup location and immediately made us feel comfortable especially when our dog walked right in to the van and seemed completely at ease. Lamar was professional, delightful, and communicated often and Emma arrived here no worst for the wear. This is in stark contrast from the last company we used the previous year. So unprofessional, I sent an email out in regards to shipping a puppy, when they responded they failed to respond to my questions instead the lady who replied unprofessionally and stated she’s replying as a friend said watch breeders for scams !! They will take your money and disappear etc. Who does that I’m well aware of quality breeders I wasn’t born yesterday ! Seems like they don’t want business.. what’s even more embarrassing and unprofessional is she stated they only do international LOL for a pet carrier they should know USA TO CANADA is classified as international and. Is actually the easiest to import and export pets from!!!!! AFTTER this interaction and the lack of professionalism. I would never trust them with the care of my pet if they can’t even give you information on the process or their company for that matter , Or knowledgeable on what’s classified as international. Pet owners beware this interaction was extremely concerning!!!!! At this point I didn’t email for opinions and won’t ever even try to use to company.

Pet Air Carrier was amazing! We are a military family and were PCS'ing to Belgium, and we needed help last minute as United couldn't fly our dog (they told my husband the wrong thing) to Belgium and other airlines couldn't fly our dog to Belgium due to the heat, and a friend recommended Pet Air Carrier to us. They were able to help us last minute to get our dog to Belgium, and Renee West was amazing throughout every step. International pet travel. ATL – SPAIN. Overnight in Frankfurt Germany Animal Lounge. 5 stars for Ren helping us get our big dog to Spain safely. It's very stressful not knowing what to expect while shipping a pet overseas in the cargo area of plane. Ren always answered her phone and kept in touch. A big thank you to Anita for picking up Beau and transporting him to ATL and getting him checked in for the flight . That alone made the expenses worth every penny. What a relief. Everything worked out well and our adorable pet made it safely to Spain. For peace of mind I highly recommend getting a pet International business to support the move. I absolutely loved my experience with Pet Air Carrier! They were very helpful every step of the way in shipping my cat overseas. My cat had a four day trip and when she was delivered to me she was happy and healthy. Her kennel was clean as was she and it was clear that she had been fed and watered and well cared for. So glad we chose this company to ship our GSP back to the UK. Made the process very easy to navigate and Denise was very helpful and responsive throughout. We had a major admin hiccup at the cargo office on the day of travel (no fault of PAC) and Denise took control and sorted it out immediately. We felt reassured and in safe hands throughout.

PAC is outstanding. I was extremely nervous to ship my cat to Korea with a pet shipping company because of the horror stories I heard. PAC was the most reasonable in price and their customer service is above all. They reassured me the whole way through emails and phone calls. They treated my fur kid as if he was their own. Update: I did get my voucher for the vet and got my baby fixed! This golden voucher was 25$. They are raising it to 50$. Which I think is fair. They have to be able to take care of them selves too. I will say you need to be careful about which vet you use on their list! I do NOT recommend 4 Precious Paws in Lafayette, Indiana. They had my cat sit in his own pee for hours and himself,his blanket and his cage were soaked.

This organization is wonderful. It is a place that cares about pets! They help people in need of pet services,but can't afford a lot. The people are so genuine in their cause to help the animals. If you need care for your pets or you would like to help the animals with a contribution, then this is the place! And it is so greatly needed. Pet Friendly Services are 💯 percent a great place to have your best buddies to get their healthcare or contribute! 😺😻😸

I was able to get 5 pit mix fix vouchers. So thankful. We took in a pregnant mother and then her 4 puppies. We wanted to ensure they are all fixed for their new homes. Just a heads up. Low cost spay neuter in brownsburg is on a long wait list, the vet listed for Cloverdale is on a long waitlist and Rockville road vet is no longer participating. We were able to get in All pet on west Washington st fairly quickly. These vouchers expire in 5 months so I was getting worried when I started looking around. Thank you Pet Friendly Services 🙏

Back in 2008 I was involved to help open this shelter. We had a lot of ups and downs at the first few years. With the positive help of volunteers and our community we have come a long way, and are doing well. We have a wonderful staff, all working together, which is what makes a shelter thrive. Our shelter dogs and cats get the best care and are loved and cared for by our volunteers, until they find their forever families.

The SNAP program for pets is wonderful! I had to move out of my house into an apartment. One of the requirements is that your pet had to be spayed or neutered. I live on a fixed income but thanks to this program I am able to get my little dog neutered. Thank God for Pet Friendly Services of indiana!

A disabled friend of mine mailed an application along with 2 money orders totalling $25 to cover the fee somewhere around March 3rd 2023. The website says the turn around time is 2-3 weeks to receive the certificate. It has been 2 months and she still has not received what she paid for. Now either send her certificate to her or send her a refund. If this isn't resolved by end of business on Monday May 8th I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau or maybe even the news because this is getting ridiculous. It should not take this long.
