Pet Supplies Plus Broad Ripple

I am so pleased, thrilled and in love with this location and their staff! I reserved the community room for my dog's birthday party. When I went back to take pictures of the setup, they explained what everything would look like. The room was cleared and clean and they made goodie bags for all the guests(including a cat lol)...and a special one for the birthday boy!!! The staff checked in to see if there was anything we needed often! This lace truly is a caring, neighborhood pet store and now that I know the "plus" has to mean the over the top service that you'll get, plus smiles and plus the eagerness they have to serve! Thank you all so much! My little fellas birthday was a hit and that's certainly thanks to you!

Staff was very helpful! There was a good selection of items. They were out of stock of the cat food I wanted an a nice employee helped suggest a safe and similar alternative for my cat! I also found my cats new favorite wet food here. They are very nice, clean, and there was a cute dog someone brought in! Best experience!

Excellent experience today! All team members were super helpful and nice. Harriet signed me up for their program and was a delight. Love this location, love the people 🙂

Fui por una cama para mi gato, no hablan español pero oye con ingles básico cualquiera te puede entender, y había una cama que le encanta a mi gato, ahi compre su arena osea su baño, y le encanta, me pidieron el numero y no supe porque no pasaban nuestros números el mio y el de mi mama. Según para dar descuentos creo que entendí pero, no logramos comprender porque no paso.

I come here as they're one of the few places that sells Taste of the Wild dog food. These places, pet supplies plus, are just like Petco and petsmart. They sell all sorts of pet supplies, they also have a selection of like you know mice and hamsters, and all of the niche dog treats

I am SO grateful that Pet Supplies Plus offers home delivery. Currently with a sprained ankle, I am reluctant to go out. I ordered cat food in the morning and it was delivered the same day! AAAAA+++++
