Puppy Playground

Puppy Playground is such a great place to take your dog for daycare. I haven’t used the boarding yet. The staff there are great and really do a great job! I took my dog on my birthday, and the staff surprised me with some great pictures of my dog Roman!

Our pup Apollo has so much fun here! You can tell they really care about the pets in their care and I appreciate the way they care for him and it makes us feel better about our choices!

I absolutely love Puppy Playground and more importantly, so does my pup. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, the facility is clean, and pricing is very reasonable—especially compared to similar spots in the area. Clementine always comes home exhausted, which tells me she had a great time!

We recently moved to the area, and Puppy Playground has quickly become a second home for our dogs. The exceptional customer service and the care they provide has been truly impressive. My husband and I love reading the "Pup-date" about our dogs while they're at daycare. We wholeheartedly recommend Puppy Playground!

Always have treated my dog, Peppa extremely well. The personnel is always professional, courteous, kind and gracious. I have been taken Peppa there for over four years and was recommend from an employee from Four Legged Ranch, who I adopted Peppa from.

I’m extremely disappointed in my recent experience at Puppy Playground. I brought my dog in for a grooming appointment, but when I arrived to pick him up, he looked the same as when I dropped him off. I noticed this after paying, of course. He was not groomed. To make matters worse, the staff had no idea if he had even been groomed—let alone what time it supposedly happened. I watched him on the cameras for most of the day, and during that time, he was out playing. There’s no way he could have been groomed effectively in such a small amount of time. Additionally, no one ever called to let me know he was finished, even though their policy clearly states that the groomer will contact you. I had to reach out myself. Of course the groomer was not around when I picked him up to answer any questions. When I arrived for the pickup that I initiated, I had to wait at the front entrance for 10 minutes while the front desk worker was out on a break. When she returned, she was snippy, rude and unkind. My dog also came back smelling terrible—worse than when I dropped him off—which is unacceptable after a "grooming" appointment. After the front desk employee dismissed all of my questions, this individual stated the groomer would call to discuss the following day. That never happened. What hurts the most is that my dog used to love going here. He’s played several times and has been groomed with professional-level expertise many times in the past. It breaks my heart that I can no longer trust his favorite place with his care. After this experience, I will never bring him back. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic accountability was unacceptable. Trust and hearts have been broken.

My dog absolutely loves to come to Puppy Playground! I feel like the staff truly treats her along with all the other dogs there, like their own pup. Each time I pick her up she comes back with tail wags and exhausted from a day full of playing. Thank you to each of you there!
