Old Naby, please do better with plus size shirts. Just actually care to fit the measurements that are real for a fuller woman. I wear a 3x in real life and the 3xs fit like a 2x.

Clean & friendly! We like this Old Navy store, the staff is always friendly & helpful, and the store is kept pretty clean & neat.

Grabbed a shirt off of the "bottom shelf" of the table expecting it to be $5. The staff member was quite sassy telling me that $5 only applied to the top shelf of the table as if I should have known that. It's fine, I'll get my kids' clothing elsewhere if staff is going to be condescending

Pricey for the average quality of clothing. The young girl who checked me out, was less than pleasant. I asked her a question about item prices, she clearly was not interested in actually helping; although she had to due to the camera's in the store. She would have been more enthusiastic to watch paint dry.

Very pleasant shopping experience! I was greeted at the door and when I needed assistance looking for a certain style (because I was unfamiliar with the layout of this location) Jordyn jumped right in and walked me through my whole purchase. In addition, she explained the Rewards Program and benefits of becoming a member AND sold me on applying for an Old Navy Credit Card

Have been shopping at OldNavy since before and after they started having plus size clothing. Today I need a dress for a Funeral service and this store has always been my go to place. Well today I went and looked around and no sizes over a 2x in the store. Saw some very nice items that would be wonderful, but none in my size. Spoke with the store clerk and she said that Old Navy stopped stocking 3x and above. She stated that the workers have stopped shopping there also do to the sizes stocked. Please Old Navy don’t make me cut up my Credit Card ……Donna Hayes
