This place was excellent! The experience was top notch. And the people are amazing! If you are looking for a family-oriented, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere, this is the place. The instructors and coaches were so encouraging and helpful, even for those who were there for their first workout! Definitely check out this excellent place. And, be sure to say Hi to the owners, Tristan and Becky, they are amazing people!
Very welcoming experience all around. Recently moved to the area and had very little crossfit experience. That did not stop the coaches and community from helping me get started and get going. I enjoy showing up to every workout because there is a clear, purpose driven goal to every move we do. I recommend stopping by for an intro and talking to the staff about your goals!
Made 4 Greatness! I got invited by a friend and got my butt kicked! The workouts are scalable — great for anyone just starting out, but they’ll still push even really fit folks. The coaches know their stuff and are super helpful. The space is clean and has everything you need. Definitely recommend checking it out!

M4G is the best CrossFit gym I’ve been to. Coaches are competent, and give useful feedback to help me improve. Folks are kind and welcoming. The space is huge and furnished with a variety of top-notch (new) equipment, which makes it feasible to practice new skills! The community is also very strong; with regular social events, fundraisers (like the attached video: 30 minutes of burpees for a homeless shelter), and competitions. Plus, you can use open gym at the same time as class so long as there is space! Amazing experience!

Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, the workouts are accessible and effective. I was quite nervous to start cross fit but M4G has an amazing program that helps new members acclimate to the new movements. What I thought I was getting was a gym membership with programmed workouts. I got all that and more! The community is hands down the best part of M4G. Whether they are pushing you to challenge yourself, cheering you on or giving you a hug on hard days, there’s nothing like the community. I don’t want to miss a day because I miss my people. The gym leadership empowers others by providing opportunities for growth. I love my gym! Come find out for yourself!
