I've been going to this office since August '24 and came here during a very difficult time in my life. I was met was compassion, care, and understanding of what my medical needs. No one made me feel less than which hasn't always been the case when dealing with mental health providers. Kimberly is one of the best Mental health nurse practitioner I've dealt with. She is easy to talk to and I felt I was included in the decisions about the changes made. Again, some medical providers just say here take this. Working with Tish in therapy has been life changing and I cannot recommend her enough. She has helped me gain skills and perspective to move me forward in my life long struggle with mental health. With the help of Kim and Tish my mental health has never been better.

I would highly recommend LifeStance! They were able to begin a working patient and provider relationship almost immediately! My wait was only a couple weeks before I was seen. My provider has been excellent! She is very receptive, understanding, informative, professional and most of all kind. To anybody seeking mental health help, this is the place to go.

I have only seen one therapist, Kimberly Grider, but I can say my time with her has been a very pleasant experience. She not only applies her knowledge to a treatment plan, but she is very receptive to ideas that the patient has for the treatment plan which in my experience has been very rare for a provider to do. I'm sure the other staff members are just as adequate, but I would recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for psychiatric needs.

Charged $142 to spend an hour re-answering all the Patient Profile questions I had filled out on the website the day before. At the end of my session, was told that I could not be treated because of an item on my medical history that a.) my non-prescribing therapist and family doctor don't have issues with, and b.) was disclosed on the pre-appointment Patient Questionnaire.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Lifestance. I am beyond impressed with the progress I’ve made myself… however, it comes with help on navigating and tools to manage stressors in life from the staff here. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a kind soul to hear you out and support you throughout the journey. -side note I’ve never left a session with my therapist feeling unsettled or anxious, I’m always leaving on a positive and pleasant level. I never feel rushed to get my thoughts out there.

Dr Kimberly Grider has been fantastic. I've been evaluated by countless doctors and psychiatrists over the past several years in order to diagnose what turned out to be ADHD. I can tell she has a lot of experience evaluating and treating patients, as she has been able to sort out my symptoms, properly diagnose, and prescribe an effective treatment that has made a huge positive impact on my ability to function properly in a relatively short period of time. Definitely recommend!
