We booked with Tache for our recent Mother’s Day session. She was so professional and friendly. We had to add more to the shoot and she was accommodating. Tache was very very professional. She responded to any email or text message I had in a very fast time frame. In a world like today’s where lots of businesses and self employed individuals lack professionalism, she exceeded all of my expectations. It was my first time taking professional pictures and i thought I would be nervous but she made us very comfortable and I was surprisingly not nervous at all. It makes me sad that I won’t be able to book newborn pics with her lol, as I didn’t thoroughly looked through her website and seeing that she offered them before paying someone else. 10/10 photographer though, if in the future me and my family need her we’re going to her!

We did a newborn photo session at the studio. Shaindel, the photographer was great with our baby! The whole thing went smoothly with just a short time of breastfeeding break. My 4 y/o also enjoyed his experience having a photo shoot with his baby sister. I’d recommend this place for others if you’re looking for a newborn photo session!

My family and I have worked with Shaindel for the past couple of years for our maternity, newborn, baby milestone and family photos and she nails it every time. I went to Shaindel for my sons newborn photography shoot. Being a first time mom I was a little nervous about just handing my baby over, but Shaindel totally put me at ease. I could tell that she absolutely adores babies and had the most nurturing and gentle touch with my little guy. It would take a ton of patience to do what she does and she was amazing at it. Her studio was in a very neat, artsy building close to downtown and was very cozy inside. I would highly recommend Shaindel for any of your family or personal photography needs. We used Raw Sugar Photography for our first child’s newborn photos. Shaindel was extremely professional and absolutely amazing with our newborn. She exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend her to everyone! We will definitely be using her again in the future for our daughters milestone pictures and family photos. Shaindel gave us photos that will last a lifetime! Absolutely beautiful photography of our newborn at the hospital and a week later. She has such a great eye for detail and is a natural around babies. Our newborn slept the entire time during the shoot and was the most relaxed we’d seen her. We are so happy with the photos!

Lane has done ALL of our family photos since my daughter’s birth in 2022. She did her newborn pictures, her one year pictures, our fall family pictures, my maternity pictures with our son, our son’s newborn photos, and his now 1 year photos! She’s extremely professional and makes everyone feel super comfortable. Even if you’re not a huge fan of getting your picture taken. She’s great with newborns and even toddlers (we know how unpredictable toddlers can be). We have absolutely loved every single photo we’ve gotten back from her. We’ve never been disappointed in her work and we’re always SOOO excited to see the final results of a photoshoot. She’s amazing at capturing moments you’ll get to look back on forever. I would 10/10 recommend her as a photographer to anyone!

I got my maternity then my newborn shoot and also my mini family shoot with Lane. Let me tell you that she is awesome. She made last minute changes to accommodate our family mini shoot as my family was visiting from far. She was patient, calm and compassionate during the newborn shoot , she made the shoot so smooth and amazing, my baby liked her too he was only 12 days old. She is super professional but will make sure when she is capturing your moments she will make everyone around her very comfortable . All photos turned out amazing , I got them shot in her studio as I wanted the fine art look and now I will get those printed as I have beautiful memories captured by the best ! I will hopefully be back with her for baby cake smash photo in a year! If you have any doubts don’t have it, I would highly recommend her !

We have used Lane Lewis 3 times since 2023 and have 2 more sessions scheduled in 2024! She has helped us capture newborn photos, birth announcements and just family portraits! She is so easy to work with and has a way with our kids and somehow gets those smiles out of them!

She’s very professional yet approachable in her work and her pricing model is very reasonable. Especially her mini sessions for those quick family portraits with littles!

Personally, I really appreciate being able to book an appointment at a studio (less pressure to have the perfect weather) and she delivers photos quickly. Chris was hired to photograph a family birthday party. We had 31 people ranging in age from 1 yr to 100 years! From the very first communication, Chris was responsive and very easy to work with while planning the event. I would highly recommend CK Photography for Senior pictures! He drove to the location we wanted. She had her dog, props and changed her cloths multiple times. I recently had excellent customer service experience at a Master Portrait Photo Lab. The owner and his team were incredibly friendly and kind and treat customers with the utmost respect. They made us feel so comfortable and welcome throughout our entire session.
This Guy took stunning pictures of my family. The edits were done beautifully, and I loved the background in the studio. The owner even provides a variety of outfits for different occasions, including maternity wear, completely free of charge. The clothing options were gorgeous and would have been too expensive to purchase elsewhere. The professionalism of the owner and his team stood out. Everyone was so pleasant, patient, and understanding, especially when it came to working with our little kids (who can be a challenge during photoshoots!).
To top it off, the owner gave us extra photos that we didn’t initially choose, just so we could have them digitally. He sent them to my email free of charge, which is rare and really appreciated. It shows how much he values his customers’ experience and is willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to capture beautiful family moments. I’ve been taking photos of my family here for almost four years, and I still cherish every shot. Such a wonderful experience every time!

When our destination wedding was impacted by coronavirus we made the decision to get married in Indianapolis, alone, with our families watching over zoom and postpone our wedding celebration for a year. One of the best decisions we made was finding Stacy and hiring her. We are SO grateful for her work, it made our makeshift elopement real and you will not believe how great the pics turned out. Stacy was recommended to us by a neighbor who knew she did wedding photography and I had not seen her work before but since we desperately wanted someone to photograph our wedding and she was willing to come, wearing a mask and maintain a distance, we hired her. OH MY GOD WE ARE SO LUCKY. THESE PICTURES BELONG IN A MAGAZINE. I am not just saying this, she is so good. I had such a great experience at the JCPenney Photo Studio on 6/29! Michia was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Came in for family holiday photos and the whole visit was great from start to finish. We arrived on time and were greeted quickly and with smiles from the staff. We chose our backgrounds and only had to wait a few minutes for them to set up the studio. Our photographer was Micah and she was AMAZING! Extremely professional and patient with our 4 boys, especially the youngest two. She made them comfortable and they were happy, giving plenty of smiles for awesome photos with her assistance. She made us all laugh and she had great pose ideas. I highly recommend her. The manager is amazing as well. I didn’t catch her name, but she even held a woman’s baby while she got photos of her older daughters. That was so kind and helpful. This staff is amazing. I’m sorry for people who have had negative experiences. My family and I experienced nothing but a great time.

Shelia is amazing! She kills it every time. Sometimes the other photographers can be hit or miss, but you still always get at least 10 great photos. With Shelia you get 25 great photos. Perfect if you have a little one. I usually get access to my photos same day within a few hours!

We’ve been coming here yearly and we usually love our photos and the experience. Not the highest quality photos but it’s usually a fun experience for my girls. Today, however, our experience was just awful! The camera equipment initially was non-functional – they got it functioning about 45 minutes after our appointment time. When we finally got to start taking photos the photographer acted like they had never interacted with kids before – it was so awkward and my kids ended up being afraid! I’ve never seen a photographer interact so poorly with kids. We ended up leaving without photos as the photographer didn’t even try to make my kids feel at ease. This was so disappointing, we’ve never had issues like this before, and I will never go back if the photographer Roswell is present again.

This is the second scheduled session we had to wait an hour or more to receive our service. Last time they offered a discount to come back. This time they said it didn’t save in the system. Wait was supposed to be 15-20 minutes… much longer than that. The team is nice, but they either need more resources or the ability to manage appointments and walkins appropriately. The end of the transaction was a nightmare rushing us out despite their delays and with little to no time to decide what we wanted. Save the money, hire a local photographer and get them printed somewhere locally. You’ll save time get better service and higher quality prints.

Terrible experience before it could even have started. Was on my way for a Christmas pet photo session all dressed and having paperwork only to learn they would kick you if you are couple minutes late ( I called, apologized, said we are dressed and I secured the booking with my card to be charged in case). Only for them to tell me there is not going to be enough of time ( between 6:20 and 7 pm when the mall closes). Then I was told they couldn’t warn me because there was no phone number on the booking (I guess I imagine phone messages with confirmation).Then I was told they don’t do pets photo sessions at all (how could I have booked it at their location through the web site when the booking literally was selected for my pet?). Culmination was the story how they have to clean for the next date and it’s late (why do you allow setting appointments at 6:15 PM at all then?). Do yourself a favor and find a different place that won’t give you 4 different excuses why they waste your time and how their improper web sites and broken communication is your problem.

Research the prices beforehand. It was $150 for just 3 photos. Insanely over priced. Amazing quality but was incredibly rushed choosing pictures. They won’t let you scroll through them, they scroll through while you watch while they try to get you to pay $300 for all the digital pics.
