I had such a great experience at the JCPenney Photo Studio on 6/29! Michia was absolutely amazing. So kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and really took her time to make sure everything turned out great. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend booking your photos here, especially with Michia!

Came in for family holiday photos and the whole visit was great from start to finish. We arrived on time and were greeted quickly and with smiles from the staff. We chose our backgrounds and only had to wait a few minutes for them to set up the studio. Our photographer was Micah and she was AMAZING! Extremely professional and patient with our 4 boys, especially the youngest two. She made them comfortable and they were happy, giving plenty of smiles for awesome photos with her assistance. She made us all laugh and she had great pose ideas. I highly recommend her. The manager is amazing as well. I didn’t catch her name, but she even held a woman’s baby while she got photos of her older daughters. That was so kind and helpful. This staff is amazing. I’m sorry for people who have had negative experiences. My family and I experienced nothing but a great time.

Shelia is amazing! She kills it every time. Sometimes the other photographers can be hit or miss, but you still always get at least 10 great photos. With Shelia you get 25 great photos. Perfect if you have a little one. I usually get access to my photos same day within a few hours!

We’ve been coming here yearly and we usually love our photos and the experience. Not the highest quality photos but it’s usually a fun experience for my girls. Today, however, our experience was just awful! The camera equipment initially was non-functional - they got it functioning about 45 minutes after our appointment time. When we finally got to start taking photos the photographer acted like they had never interacted with kids before - it was so awkward and my kids ended up being afraid! I’ve never seen a photographer interact so poorly with kids. We ended up leaving without photos as the photographer didn’t even try to make my kids feel at ease. This was so disappointing, we’ve never had issues like this before, and I will never go back if the photographer Roswell is present again.

This is the second scheduled session we had to wait an hour or more to receive our service. Last time they offered a discount to come back. This time they said it didn’t save in the system. Wait was supposed to be 15-20 minutes… much longer than that. The team is nice, but they either need more resources or the ability to manage appointments and walkins appropriately. The end of the transaction was a nightmare rushing us out despite their delays and with little to no time to decide what we wanted. Save the money, hire a local photographer and get them printed somewhere locally. You’ll save time get better service and higher quality prints.

Terrible experience before it could even have started. Was on my way for a Christmas pet photo session all dressed and having paperwork only to learn they would kick you if you are couple minutes late ( I called, apologized, said we are dressed and I secured the booking with my card to be charged in case). Only for them to tell me there is not going to be enough of time ( between 6:20 and 7 pm when the mall closes). Then I was told they couldn’t warn me because there was no phone number on the booking (I guess I imagine phone messages with confirmation).Then I was told they don’t do pets photo sessions at all (how could I have booked it at their location through the web site when the booking literally was selected for my pet?). Culmination was the story how they have to clean for the next date and it’s late (why do you allow setting appointments at 6:15 PM at all then?). Do yourself a favor and find a different place that won’t give you 4 different excuses why they waste your time and how their improper web sites and broken communication is your problem.

Research the prices beforehand. It was $150 for just 3 photos. Insanely over priced. Amazing quality but was incredibly rushed choosing pictures. They won't let you scroll through them, they scroll through while you watch while they try to get you to pay $300 for all the digital pics.
