I love supporting a local organization doing amazing work in the community. IndyFringe is that+ I attended for the first time on a Sunday at 2:30 for Ballad of the Book Women during DIVA Fest. I was immediately charmed by the location and venue itself. Risers hold free standing chairs on three sides of the room to accommodate your intimate viewing experience. Perhaps this changes depending on the performance. The bar had beer, wine etc nothing fancy. I was taken by a thought provoking performance, the engaged audience and the carefully crafted program. I can’t wait to return for another performance. My ticket cost $10 and I had no trouble finding free parking in the surrounding area. I highly recommend checking this venue out. If you are into this type of thing you certainly won’t regret experiencing a piece of Indy’s rich theater scene. Rain during the performance was loud on the roof but didn’t detract from the overall experience in my opinion.

"The Longest Dinner" was fabulous tonight. Kudos to the entire IF Theatre team, the artists they support, the volunteers, and the wonderful community that supports them.

Saw "Letters Sent" here. Very intimate, small theatre which ads a great quality to the experience. Definitely recommend!

Saw a great new musical here the other day called Oak Island. It is a nice and cozy venue, and everyone seems very friendly. My only issue is the parking in the area is in very short supply, and can be a real pain. Definitely plan on arriving early to make sure you have sufficient time to find available parking.
