If I could give 10 stars I would! Sam was extremely knowledgeable and very informative throughout the entire maintenance process. I walked away with over 20 photos of the various areas that he worked on and he educated me on areas that I can have impact on in between the maintenance scheduled appointment. He identified a couple of areas that needed some adjusting, and he educated me on why those were needed. Sam was a joy to have in the house and he embodies the core values that LCS Heating and Cooling was founded on

Sam from LCS came out, and quickly and efficiently diagnosed the main issue with my system. He walked me through everything, and got right into resolving the issue. Had an noticeable difference in my system immediately. Sam is a great, professional, and thorough guy. LCS is my new go to heating and cooling company. They are pricing transparent, and if everyone on staff is as awesome as Sam this is the company to go to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had my HVAC service today and I am really pleased. Sam was great. He took a little time to explain some things to me and was really thorough in ensuring my system was serviced properly. He was super kind and even. Offered to accommodate my schedule when I thought I had a conflict. LCS husband servicing my unit for the past three years. All of their technicians have been very kind of helpful. Would recommend them any day.

We've been using LCS for several years and continue to be impressed with their customer service and the work they do. Mark Harvey, one of the Senior Technicians, was out to help us with an AC issue today. As always, he went above and beyond to get the issue fixed. He listened to our concerns, and then communicated everything about the repairs in a way that made sense to me. It's great doing business with people who really care. They put customers first and that's why we keep using them! Thanks, guys!

I have been using LCS for years! It is a family owned company that truly invests in their technicians. I have never felt like the suggestions their technicians made weren’t necessary. They are the only HVAC company that I have truly trusted. The technicians that have serviced my homes have been pretty consistent over periods of time and I like that as well. I find their prices to be competitive if not better than other companies. But what I truly appreciate is the service experience itself The technicians are professional yet kind, well trained, efficient, patient, and they take the time to explain everything about my equipment and their findings. They have shown me issues on my units themselves and also take pictures of not easily seen areas. They educate me in the process of service visits and I find that very valuable. I just had an HVAC tuneup today in preparation for warmer weather and Sam was my technician. He’s only been with the company a month, but he provided top-notch service. I was very comfortable with him, his explanations, and with his treatment of my HVAC system. LCS Heating & Cooling is an excellent, trustworthy company with reliable, efficient, well-trained, and awesome technicians.

During our recent heatwave, I discovered my home was not cooling properly. After searching online for a reputable HVAC service company, I selected LCS Heating and Cooling. I was easily able to schedule service through their online website. Technician Jerome Smith arrived at my home a couple of days later. Jerome was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It didn't take long for him to discover the issue with my cooling equipment. In addition, he was able to have my house properly cooling again within minutes. I was pleased with my service and will be using LCS again.

Extremely disappointed. Nikita was the individual who was sent to repair our air. Our total cost was just under $400 to clean out our coil line. The "tone" of our repair person was not pleasant. In other words she was extremely short and rude. She charged us for 30 minutes of time looking and could not find our unit on the roof. She stated that if she had to go back up and look again that there would be an additional cost and that we were charged by the quarter hour. We had to call another company two weeks later to fix the unit that stated we had an extremely clogged drain trap. The new company was wonderful and stated that our prior person had not cleaned the drain trap. They were there less than an hour and charged a third of the price. Lesson learned: I would not recommend this company.
