IU Health Urgent Care - Downtown Indianapolis

The doctor did a wonderful job of making my son feel comfortable, explained everything thoroughly, and made our thoughts and concerns feel heard. The administrative staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional at this location too.

girlfriend and I went in because she was sick front desk lady said just a second then we waited 30 minutes before she was even checked in and they were both on their phones. girlfriend just tried to call back today & was hung up on after asking to hold. quite literally heard them whispering before hanging up.

Facility was clean and everyone was friendly, quick and efficient. The nurse listened to all I was experiencing that day and the doctor came in with a plan and changed them a bit to accommodate for my breastfeeding. He answered all my questions and I left feeling much better despite still being sick. My treatment plan definitely helped. I was actually recommended this urgent care and was more than pleased to have the same great experience my friend had.

The treatment I received was compassionate and timely and the waiting room was clean. I received a follow up call about my visit and this made me feel that they cared about how I was doing beyond the appointment itself. Keep up the good work everyone!

The PA didnt even identify the issue, guessed on the problem and talked with me for less than 2 minutes. After I provided the correct diagnosis based on history, it wasn't even checked for. I had to pay up front, wait 2 hours and then have a PA not listen to me about the problems, just for it to get worse and go to a different care providor entirely. I cannot recommend this place even to my worst enemy. I would give them negative stars if it were possible.

First time ever having to go to Urgent Care and came in with back problems, the experience from the check in to being discharged was professional and they called 24 hours after to make sure everything was ok

Terrible service. Called before going to make sure they are open and seeing people (which they said yes to). Got there within 10 minutes of the call at 5:38 just for them to say sorry they aren’t seeing anymore people. Even though they don’t close until 7pm. Front desk gal was very rude, had no compassion and said oh well
