She put her career and license on the line to protect a child; a 10 year old child. I couldn’t imagine a physician who is should be celebrated more. She followed her medical ethics of beneficence, and justice. But she shouldn’t have to be celebrated; this should just be a physician who was doing there job. Wake up America!!

I was so impressed by Dr. Bernard and her staff! She did an amazing job of explaining things to my child and of offering them multiple options, thoroughly explaining things to them thoughtfully and at a level they could understand. She was compassionate and really took the time to listen to my child. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Bernard and her team – wow! Blown away by the level of care – outstanding.

The good reviews are from when they were at their old location…don’t waste your time or peace of mind, ladies! I’ve been a patient for several years (with Dr. Debikey who is MAGIC). Since they merged or moved to the hospital (and Dr Debikey isn’t there anymore), they have been HORRIBLE. Not only was Dr Bowers was completely unprofessional (he made negative remarks about my previous OB and was dismissive of my concerns) but they took FIVE WEEKS to process ultrasound results because he didn’t «sign off» on it. During that time I called regularly, and even reaching out on MyChart, I got only ONE phonecall back. I don’t know what happened when they moved, but it sucks now and they don’t care about their patients.

I waited on the table for over 30 minutes, but when Dr. Sherman came in and talked to me about issues my primary Dr. dismissed, I felt really heard. I was so excited to start a weight loss medicine and a HRT. And then, weeks went by and nothing was ever called in to my pharmacy. I left messages via phone and the portal, no response. I can’t express how disappointed I am.

I have not been to an OBGYN doctor for a few years and I was very nervous but all the staff made me feel comfortable and very cared for. The lady who drew my blood was AMAZING and I thank them for making that my first visit to not feel overwhelmed or have bad anxiety about getting the blood drawn. You guys are the best

I had my first visit today (Doctor Veronica Smidt) to discuss some concerns and possibly get new birth control – I can’t say enough good things about this place so far! The building was easy to find, plenty of parking, and the inside was very clean. The staff was beyond friendly & the doctor was hands down one of the best doctors (of any kind) that I’ve encountered in a long time – she was very knowledgeable, took her time, and made sure she explained things to me very clearly. I left my appointment today feeling good about the plan we came up with, like I was actually heard, and like she genuinely cared about my concerns as a patient. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff. My appointment time was prompt, no wait in the reception area and Dr. McDonald was so incredible (as well as her nurse). This was my first visit and I’m very impressed.

I have been a patient of Dr Sherman for several years now, She is the kindest and most caring professional in her field of expertise. She goes above and beyond for her patients, she is truly a wonderful doctor and her staff is always so helpful and they always provide the best of care.

Staff was great in person. However im not sure if the number is accurate on the website or not, but they NEVER answer the phone. I’ve been calling since july 8, to get my labwork, and they just dont answer. So if you guys ever do see this, go ahead and cancel my appointment that i had in august. Thanks.

Brent Suozzi, MD is very thorough and gives you all the pros and cons of possible solutions. He also explains things so you understand. The level of detail is very reassuring! The staff is equally as professional and friendly! Very efficient- barely waited 5 mins before I was taken back.

Aging and body changes are not pleasant to deal with, however, I have always been treated with patience and thoughtfulness. The office is fabulous, each, and every one of them, and I appreciate the journey they took with me finding a solution to my problems. I highly recommend them!

It was my first appointment and everyone was nice, helpful and just a friendly atmosphere. I saw a PA, Anna, she explained everything step by step before my exam and discussed treatment plans after the exam. She listened to my concerns and answered my question. Highly recommend.

Dr. Suozzi himself may be a great surgeon and great at what he does. I had a very major surgery and from the time it ended it has been horrible him and his team COMPLETELY dropped the ball. He never came to follow up with me in the hospital, I was without pain meds for awk cause NO staff members call you back. I’ve tried to call several times with complications and be seen and no one will return my calls. I have to wait another 2 UNTIL MY PRE SCHEDULED FOLLOW UP . BUT IT WILL HAVE BEEN 3WK from the time I’ve called. Even had to go to need check and they told me I needed to see my surgeon. Kinda hard when no one calls you back and the scheduling team says they can’t get u in. This is NOT OK AT ALL ! Who is responsible for your patient care

This place has been outstanding with their bedside manners and level of care. I’ve had a few appts so far to try and get to the bottom of my issues and I truly feel like everyone I have seen has thoroughly listened to me. Empathetic staff all around, I can’t say enough good things! It’s nurses and staff like this that make a difference.

Dr Suozzi was amazing. He does not make you feel uncomfortable. He takes the time with you and explains everything to you in easy terms. I recommend him 100%. His office staff are friendly. Nurses are amazing.

I went there a couple of times during the process of getting a hysterectomy. They were always nice, understanding, and listened to all my concerns. When I was having insurance problems patty (I think her name was) went above and beyond to figure out the problem and get it fixed!

Dr. Hinshaw is the greatest. She explained everything to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. She took all the time with me that I needed. She has a great bedside manner and is very compassionate. I would highly recommend her.

My team has been very caring and took time to snswer all my questions before and after my surgery. As i continue to see them every 3 months they have continued to be patient and caring to not only me but my family.

Overall I had the absolute best care. Dr. Hinshaw has the best bedside manners, explained everything on what she was going to be doing with my care plan. My post op appointment was another story, the Dr. I saw seemed as if she didn’t care when I would express my concerns on how I have been feeling and was just in a hurry to get me out and spoke to me like I was just annoying her. However I would definitely recommend this group for any care that you need.

In my experience Dr Hinshaw has been an honest, faithful, hard working, and skillful doctor. I admire her dedication to help women with reproductive cancer. Her nurse Amy is wonderful as well by always being prompt with relaying my test results and getting answers to my questions. These two ladies are never harsh in their responses to me. A very poised pair that has made my 6 year cancer journey as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Hinshaw provided exceptional care to me during such a scary time in my life! She knows her stuff and explains it to you in a way you can understand!

An AMAZING and compassionate surgeon and above all, a woman who used robotic surgery that was very non-invasive compared to what my mother went through in the 80’s. Without doubt the best GYN/ONC doctor. I felt safe with her. She was very informative. Her staff is pleasant from the first conversation while making the appointment to surgery, to needing a letter for school. They did it all and with close attention to promptness. Dr. Goodrich is amazing and Took time with me. The office staff was very helpful. Dr. Goodrich explained what she was going to do what we needed to do in the future.

Kathryn Williams – Dr Eigenbrod made a special appointment to see to my concerns. She has always been professional and caring.

Dr Eigenbrod is a great physician and easy to talk to. I truly appreciate her insight and knowledge.

This was my first visit with Dr. Eigenbrod. She is both very professional and kind. She took time to listen and answer questions about any concerns I had. I felt very comfortable and had a positive experience.

From the front desk, the nurses and Dr Eigenbrod were all professional and friendly. I would recommend this office.

Dr.Eigenbrod is a great gynecologist Normally my experience is good with her until I had an exam done a few days ago. I know doctors are seeing other patients and she left out my room to check something that she was doing in my exam, but never returned to let me know anything or if the visit was over as if they forgot I was in the room wait on her to return after 20-30 minutes. Other than Kay is a good gynecologist from my experience so far. She does tackle the problem.

Nice enough, but it became clear as the GYN appt went on that she’s very anti-birth control. Any birth control you ask about she will fear monger about all the dangers and risks and ultimately only recommend natural family planning. She does not prescribe birth control or implant IUDs. Do not go to her if you are interested in birth control options

I can’t imagine not having Dr. Eigenbrod for not 1 but 2 major medical needs in the past 9 yrs. She provides great confidence to her patients. Which speaks volumes of her ability to be thorough and complete when providing care. I am grateful for her vast knowledge, listening ear, and quick response. I highly recommend her.

Very stressful and disappointing experience. I required a repeat ultrasound to double check visibility of an important structure of the baby’s brain. My husband and I were already going into this appointment on edge and very nervous about the unknown possibilities. They were already behind at 9:45am. The ultrasound tech brought us back to scan after 10am. During the scan, I asked about visibility of said important structure and her response was «what do you know»? Immediate panic and worry sets in. I explain why we are there for a repeat ultrasound and she responds with «okay». Does not say much for the remainder of the scan. Instead of bringing us to a consult room , we were left in the lobby for another 20+ minutes while we waited for Dr. Owens to finish reviewing our images. Finally, we are called back to a consult room where unbeknownst to us, we would be having a virtual consult. Again, waiting another 10+ minutes for her to come on the screen, my husband and I are very stressed and trying not to think the worst. Dr. Owen’s connects on the screen, introduces herself and asks several questions about my current and previous pregnancies. Then proceeds to explain the importance of the structure they were attempting to visualize. THEN ends with all results are normal. I felt, given how sensitive this situation was, results could have been provided first to ease our minds and provide some relief after a very stressful hour long appointment. Dr. Owens was pleasant, however, I felt this situation could have been handled so much better. Very disappointed and would not recommend this office for sensitive situations.

The location was easy to find and check in was easy with the kind lady at the desk Everyone was super kind Our nurse and genetics doctor were the best at understanding and hearing all my concerns and All my questions were answered.. We also got amazing pictures of our baby Our ultrasound tech was very helpful and super informative on what she was doing! Very happy with my care at this facility and super excited to see them again!

I entered the building wearing my own mask after being told this was the only appointment we could get after waiting almost a month for them to contact us. We were told I was not allowed to wear my own mask, I was to only wear the mask they provide. My mask had an American flag on it. I was not allowed to go back unless I changed my mask. Clearly this place doesn’t want people to represent the United States of America! But they love taking American money. If you have a option to go elsewhere, I would leap at it. Run far from this place.

No sooner than I sat down, I was called back for my ultrasound! Impeccable timing. I got some really good photos of my baby girl. The doctor gave us some amazing reassurance about babygirl. Definitely recommend!

This place was honestly a waste of our time. They basically did the same thing my OBGYN Dr did, except my OBGYN was way more thorough. The MFM clinic charged us for over $1000 for «mediocre» care. We quit going there after our 3rd visit because we didn’t feel as though we were getting everything out of these appointments. 1st appt, we had to go through a zoom call which I thought was odd, but we did it anyway. They «prepped» us for this zoom call and when I turned around to ask a nurse what was happening, she got stern with me and told me to turn back around. We were the patients curious about the appt and yet got scolded for asking a question. Definitely won’t be going here again for any future pregnancies.

Great doctors and very nice and caring nurses. My wife had our two kids here and we are really happy with everyone that works here.

My experience with DrJain is very satisfied all staff is very cooperative and friendly. We can make schedules easily if we have urgent need and Dr Jain is so cooperative and understandable .my experience is so good with them
