My kids absolutely love this place! The water is always a great temperature, the price is super affordable and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Definitely our favorite place to spend a day burning off some energy when we can't play outside.
The water temp wasnt bad but could have been a bit warmer along with the air temp. To go on the blue slide you need to be 42" and if your child is under 9 they must be within arms reach of an adult. The locker rooms were freezing. My kids had a good time but I had no intention on getting in the water knowing my kids are good swimmers.
Heated indoor pool. Waterslides and those showering, fountain features. Most of the water is deep, so not great for toddlers. The shallow area is pelted with water from the fountains so babies can't really sit and enjoy it :/. Older children would have a lot of fun though.
Front check-in worker literally had his head laying on the front counter fully ASLEEP! No where on website do I find listed that no outside food or presents are allowed in the common food court area. Also, No where listed on facility website do I see the requirement to rent a party room, nor is the rental rate listed. Otherwise, we did enjoy the facility.
So glad they are back open!! Great price! Awesome water slides! A big and a small one. They also have a lap pool and 2 little sprinkler things! During the remodel they took out the hot tub but that’s OK! They are currently allowing 100 people in and they fill pretty fast. Mask are required in common areas and the concession stand is no longer serving hot food. Love this place only complaint is they should have remodeled the locker rooms while they were closed they are very outdated and rusted and the knobs for most of the showers were broken off and only ran cold water.
The kids and I love this place, lifeguards are on point, the price is affordable, and omg the temperature of the water is Lovely. We will continue to visit this place throughout the year Signed a happy person from Pennsylvania
This was a one & done experience for us. The price is decent, though we weren't charged what the website says bc it was $22 for 2 adults & 2 kids & the website says $4 kids & $5 for adults, but that is fine (I was offered & did decline my receipt). My actual issue is that their advertised hours were from 12-5pm on the day that we went, but by 4:15 they closed down the 1 water slide they had. There was no mention anywhere online, paper hanging or when we arrived to pay that the water slide closed prior to the pool closing. That might have made a difference in us staying as we did arrive later in the day & my kids mainly wanted to go for the water slide. My other issue was that they had a concession stand & it was open & there was a sign that said "hot food on weekends only" but when my son tried to purchase a pretzel he was told they were out & then when he asked for hot dog he was told that they didn't have any hot food. Ok, well why do you have a sign saying you have hot food available on the weekends if in fact you truly don't. I'm guessing the person working it was just too lazy to fix it bc just a few moments later when he talked me into letting me have cotton candy, which I know they had bc we saw several tubs of it stacked up, the employee saw him standing at the counter & then just walked over & without even saying a word to him shut the light off to the stand. It was very rude to say the least, and if you are open until 5, then you should keep everything open until that time or post that certain things will close early. It just wasn't a pleasant experience & definitely not one that we will be repeating. The other indoor pools in the Indy area (Monon center, Splash Island) provide a better experience & will be where we will stick with going from now on. It was fine to try something new but sometimes staying with what you know & like is the better way to go.
