Horseshoe Hammond

Nice casino right on the water. Fairly modern and updated. Good variety of games, both tables and slots. Kept moderately clean. The complementary soda fountains were a little gross, I did not use them. Restrooms were kept okay. Not in the greatest part of town.

Nice casino with a non smoking area, However they no longer have a buffet. They still offer a variety of restaurants. I went to the Venue to see Leela James. The venue is nice great seats. The concert was good.

I wish it was non smoking. That was horrible in there. We went to watch Theresa Caputo. That area was smoke free at least. Great seats!

The venue has amazing crew who are top of their responsibilities! Food was great and had a great show!

I ended up going to this casino for a concert that was taking place within The Venue upstairs. It was an amazing experience! I went to go see Lauren Alaina perform.

I had no idea what a Saturday night at the Horseshoe could be!!! The Venue was very nice and I felt like I was right on the stage with the band. Sound quality top notch, seating on the first set of risers excellent . Now let's talk about the staff, extremely helpful and 90% said hello or have a good night, well maybe 95%, I was too happy and excited to count. They all smiled and looked at me as a person not just another customer. I can't wait to go back to eat, drink, gamble and be Merry!!!! Thank you all for a well deserved night of fun for this nurse in The Region, born and raised!!!!!! And you can see Chicago from the free parking garage. By the way my favorite city!!!!

As far as casinos go it’s good if you like to gamble and eat. If I’m in the area I definitely like to stop. A lot going on. Clean and great atmosphere. But hard rock is my go to if I wanna see a band and have a good time without gambling.
