Jackie Klein

We recently hosted a casino-themed holiday party, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! From the moment the tables opened, the atmosphere was energetic and full of excitement. The setup was professional, the dealers were friendly and knowledgeable, and the variety of games kept everyone entertained. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had—whether they were seasoned card players or complete beginners. The attention to detail, from the décor to the chips to the personalized touches, made the entire event feel authentic and memorable. Overall, the casino-themed party exceeded our expectations and created an unforgettable party. We’d highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to elevate their celebration with something unique, fun, and interactive!

Our employees had such a GREAT time and I had so much feedback from employees and guests on how it was the BEST Employee Appreciation Dinner that we have had thus far. Your team were GREAT and so professional and kept the party going all night long. I would highly recommending your company to anyone I know who is looking for something fun for their events. I would definitely rate our experience a 5 Star experience and if I could give more stars I would because the team was just that awesome. The Disc Jokey was wonderful as well and the music selection was awesome. Thank you again for everything and for making our party a HUGE success. We will be in contact for future upcoming events!

This is the second year I’ve had this company out for a Casino Night at my campground, and I always get the best compliments from my guests. The dealers are fun and keep everyone playing. The office is great at communicating details and the prices are reasonable. I will keep booking these guys until my event coordinating days are over!

We used Casino Party Experts for our holiday party for work – it was a blast! I had zero knowledge of gambling but the dealers (provided by the experts!) were super awesome in explaining the games, gave us tips on how to play and were just so fun to be around. I’m still getting compliments for the party a week later! No one has to know how to play, the dealers explain it in plain and simple terms! I’d recommend them again and again! I’d give more than 5 stars if that was a thing!

The hall was decorated beautifully, and the casino experts were very friendly and helpful as many of our coworkers did not know how to play the five different tables. I would highly recommend them for your holiday parties or events. They set up everything and were fully engaged with all participants. We all had a lot of fun. The night was a blast.

Have used these guys for the last 3 years for our annual charity event. Cannot say enough good things!! I’ve always worked with Tammy who has been THE BEST and knows her stuff. If you’re looking for people that actually know what they’re doing and run a tight ship these guys are it. Thank you for making our charity event great every year!!

This is the dumpiest casino I've ever been to. You walk in and you immediately start to see litter on the floor. Empty smoke packs and cigarette butts all over. One out of 3 slot machines are out of order. Self serve coffee machines weren't working. Lots of outdated machines and I didn't hear ANYONE around me hit anything worthy in 2 hours. Usually you hear some distant dinging of a win somewhere, not here. Save your money for a casino worthy of taking it. This place sucks.

Plenty of slots to play and good variety. Wish had more dragon links, hard to get on however high limit room is always available. The bathrooms were always immaculate except our past trip. However nice place and mostly clean around the slot machines. We've had luck a few times no hand pay but you can't expect to always be ahead at a casino.

We love this casino. The slots are spread out enough its not crowded and the bar is centrally placed. We wish there were more food options and more non smoking areas, but overall, we come back often.

Had a quick trip to the casino after a round of golf. Had a 30 minute session playing 3 card poker. Lost $30 quick bite to eat and picked 1 slot machine to play on my way out. Everything was great, clean restrooms, friendly staff. Would go back again but you have to learn how to come and go quickly in my book 😁

My first time going & it was fun. I came on a Tuesday but I still won $3K & spent $500. I guess that’s a win. On a Tuesday night the employees and the people that met. They were very nice even though it’s a smoking area. I’m not a fan of that. But the place does look nice and I’m definitely wanting to come back but on the weekends.

The casino is easy to find, right off the main road. It seems really big from the outside. Theres table games, slot machines, high limit room, few places inside to eat, a self serve soft drink/coffee station, a cashier booth and players card booth. If course bars to. Only a few ticket casher machines. There was quite a few machines that were down, off, or not working. Just like most casinos (especially the ones owned by Caesars) not alot of wins or free spins and I bounced around and played many different ones. Plenty of outside parking and garage parking that was very full. Overall it's not bad nor great just somewhere to go and press your luck. Oh, the bar drinks are pricey a jack n coke is $9.00

Sweet Sinay's Reviews

I freely admit that I am not really a gambler so I can't pass judgement on the quality of gaming. There is a pretty nice free drink service and places to sit down and enjoy your beverage near the Sidewalk Cafe. The SC is, in my opinion, too expensive and not very delicious. Regrettably, the buffet is long gone. It was one of the pleasures of a casino visit. I find the air conditioner turned up too high but I suspect that it must be done to keep the machines cooled. The background music is pretty good but at times, a bit too loud for my tastes. Finally, the staff is calm and professional but not all that cordial. Pro Tip The grounds and racetrack area are great for a nice stroll. For dining, you might consider the nearby McDonald's for a cheap meal or go into Shelbyville to try out the outstanding Cow Palace.

Positive: The view was nice of the hills/nature in the rear of hotel, good space, free parking Negative: The pool was closed, I knew in advance but i'm sure the rating would be higher if I had access. The casino is super smoke-filled, a bit tough with allergies. Bed more firm than I prefer.

Love it here. Especially if I have a lot money to gamble with. Although it's wayyyyyy more fun here if I win on my visits there. Irregardless of winning or loosing it's a fun place with a good atmosphere and lots to do. They've got good things to eat if you get hungry. They also have a good rewards program, in my opinion. With every week offering me free play and sometimes a free entree from one of their signature restaurants. Sometimes they'll notify me via email about a free gift giveaway and their gifts that they give away are of good quality and nice to get for free just for being part of their rewards program. They offer me Free hotel stay and sometimes round trip flights to different destinations. Just all in all a fun place.

It is in the middle of nowhere literally, lol. It was a nice Casino. If it's your first time there make sure you get your player card. They reimburse what you spend your first time there in free play. You don't get it immediately though. The service was great the rooms were great. I didn't like that they didn't have a microwave in the room we stayed in. I'm sure that's so you'll buy their food. I did order out from cracker barrel and they delivered the first night. I tried to order breakfast from there the second time and they cancelled my order. So just plan to eat at the Casino 😊 I loved the shower and bathroom setup. The shower water pressure felt like a massage. Loved that! I didn't like that it's literally in the middle of nowhere. So make sure you bring everything you need, so you don't have to go back out. I definitely plan on going again but this time I'll be prepared 😄

The Batchelors

Nice location, close to small towns like New Albany and Corydon which are great towns for a day trip. The casino is nice with new, fun slots and many tables games. Food options could be better. If the 5 options at the Piazza, the hours don't make them an option most of the time. Gordon Ramsey Steak is an option if you are willing to pay for that experience. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and welcoming. Fun weekend getaway.

Rooms are very nice, except the really short toilets. Not good for us old folks that are not quite handicapped. Here's a few ideas that would help lots of people: 1. Put some benches in the long hallway so people can rest. 2. Move that silly White Castle machine closer to the motel or casino. It's in a ridiculous location. 3. Restart the golf cart ride to and from the motel. Although you have the moving walkways, they are just not enough for many of your elderly. 4. You may wish to up your annual diamond and 7-star certificate from $100 to $150 since Gordon Ramsey has raised his prices by 50%. As is, it's only good for a burger. 5. Consider reviving your motel valet service. It was nice. Please know that these are just some ideas that I think would make your establishment a little better. It's already very good, and I truly enjoy it in many ways. Thanks Don

This place is an amazing gambling experience plus you can stay the night and wake up to go gamble. Or you can go swimming. It is a great place you can take your kids family/spouse etc. If you're looking for a great place to stay and share a wonderful experience I recommend trying ceasers in Indiana you won't regret the decision

The casino floor is great. There were a lot of games. A lot of old school mixed with new school slots a lot of tables as well. The drawback of this place is it is in the middle of absolutely nowhere. I mean you have to drive 20-30 minutes just to find a CVS or Walgreens. Now the best part about this casino is definitely the food on the casino floor. While most casinos, that are not in Vegas, usually serve mediocre food on the Casino floor this Caesars Resort in Southern Indiana serves excellent I'm talking fantastic food. Fantastic in every category. Desserts appetizers entrees everything will definitely go back

The rooms definitely need updates. The bathroom needs it the most. Cracks in the toilet bowl, hair still on the shampoo dispenser. I have stayed in worse. I love the casino. All the money they take in you would think they would invest it in the rooms. Customer service at the desk, how do I put it nicely… he really didn't speak except for "checking in", "I need you license " and after I stood there for a minute I got "your all done" No clue of where the room was or anything. The man in the hallway was very nice and helpful tho.

Stayed a night at the hotel and went to the casino and the sports bar. The service at the front desk was amazing. Hotel room was clean. The sports bar staff was great. The food was good , the drinks were strong and our server (maybe Candice) was amazing. She was friendly and suggested great drinks. The casino was fun as well. We hit good at some of the games and plan to be back!

Had issues with checking in thru Penn Play app , the girl working wasn't helpful at all. Basically said it was iur problem and come back at 4 for regular check in time. Seemed like we inconvenienced her . Came back at 4 to check in , the young lady that chexked us in was super helpful and very kind. Our room was outdated and very dirty. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling over bed , dirt and hair all over the bathroom and closet. Urine at bottom of toilet, feces stuck on inside of toilet. The dust was so bad. We booked 2 rooms , the other one wasn't near as bad. My Parents stayed on 5th floor and their room was very clean. Our carpet was loose ans rolled up in center of room, kept tripping over it. To pay over $220 per room I would've thought more effort would've been made in cleanliness. No lock boxes in rooms either. The. Casino and amenities itself was nice, staff was super friendly and helpful.

Went to Hollywood Saturday night it was very crowded i love the casino however I just wish you all had more quarter machines to play, I normally go to Miami Valley but decided to come to Hollywood. I won but didn't have a large choice of quarter machines to play… Maybe open back up the downstairs and put more machines. Just a thought. You guys used to be pretty dead but I see your getting the crowd back. The downstairs would help with more room and more machines.

I've only been in the Casino portion of Hollywood, so I don't want to rate the hotel portion until I actually stay there. However, the casino is nicely spread out. Plenty of options for different styles of players to play their games. The restaurant inside smelt amazing but I didn't stay long enough to need to eat there. Would recommend for anyone's first trip to a casino. You'll have a lot of fun.

We made reservations for our 20 anniversary. never once was i told that they had smoking rooms. we got there early and if we wanted to check in early there was a 15.00 charge. we decided to wait and drove over to the casino. we had a decent lunch. we then went and checked out the casino and the smoke was so bad that we had to leave. I have breathing problems and we didn't realize that smoking was allowed at casinos… that was our mistake. so we went back over the hotel and asked if we could cancel our reservations because the hotel reeked of smoke also. they do not have coffee for their clients, and they do not serve anytime of breakfast like hotels that are normal do. so, to cancel our reservations it was going to costs us 119.00 and because of that we decided to just stay and figure out something else to do in Lawrenceburg area. we got to our room and it was awful. smelled like old smoke, and the bed was horrible it was literally a hotel 6 it was bad. my husband went back down to get the last bag and stopped at the counter and told the guy that we will probably cancel our room and he replied that it will be now 144.00 to cancel due to we "checked" in already so its more money!!!! my husband came back to the room and told me all of this and we really didn't want to stay it wasn''t comfortable and it was just plain horrible. so yes, we paid the ridiculous 144.00 and checked out. I will never go back there and believe me word will get around. this place is awful especially for what they charge. you want breakfast or a good cup of coffee? you have to walk, and I mean walk to the casino. It's sad that this place is for the smokers…. if you like smoking and a motel 6 atmosphere then this is the place….

Been here waiting for at least 30 mins to get this issue fixed. Found a staff walking around and said he couldn't help, got to wait for someone to come. Place is definitely understaffed. Edit: Woah! Ended leaving the machine as it was taking forever, but a fellow patron walked up to me at a different slot machine, completely different area, after like 2 hours later to let me know staff had taking fixed the issue and a voucher should be with the security. Super cool! Place may be understaffed but the customers are all super cool!. 3 stars now for amazing folks here

As a wheelchair user, I find this venue to be ok. The restrooms have 2 accessible stalls in each, but the towel dispensers are fairly high up. Some of the machines have fixed booth style seats that are not able to be moved for a wheelchair user to play. The chairs are heavy to move out of the way. The accessible parking availability is dismal with only a few true van accessible spaces. If you don't arrive before 9:30am, you will be lucky to get a van accessible spot if one is needed. If you arrive after 10am, you will be lucky to get any accessible spot. For the number of older people that come to this casino daily and the number of parking spots they have in their lot, they should have a much greater number of accessible parking spaces available, including true van accessible spaces. The parking lot is not up to ADA standards based on the size of their parking lots.

I went here around my birthday and had some fun. The casino itself is pretty nice. They have a good variety of different games to play. I like how close the location is to me so I don’t have to drive hours to get to it. I’d say my biggest complaint would be that there were a lot of cigarette butts left sitting on the slot. Some weren’t even In try’s. They were just left on the machine. Also in the same vein it smelt heavy of cigarettes in there. But other than that it’s a decent casino.

Updated review: the kiosks malfunctioned and didn't print my voucher. Joel behind the counter helped me get the situation set straight. Good guys at the sportsbook. It's ok. Very small. Only a few TVs and only table seating. The guy working behind the counter of the sportsbook was very helpful in helping me get the game I wanted to watch was on the TV. They have like 7 hard rock kisoks if you like to use kiosks. I come to casinos to bet and watch sports so I can't comment on the slots or tables. The cigarette smoke in Indiana casinos are a real problem for me but that's not really the casinos fault.

Walked into this place and immediately felt the rock-and-roll energy. Loud, electric, zero apologies. Hit the blackjack table, caught a hot streak, and walked away a winner — the kind of night that reminds you why casinos should feel dangerous in the best way. Great vibes, fast dealers, and just enough edge to make every hand feel legendary. I’ll be back. ♠️

My husband and I enjoy our stay at the casino hotel/the lodge. My in laws are regulars and wanted us to experience the casino and the overall experience. I enjoy the pool area and appreciate the vintage vibe to it as well. Although the steam room needs maintenance, it's kid friendly and the Christmas decorations were really awesome, the casino itself is a good experience and staff is always very friendly and helpful as well! The bistro is usually a good experience but I encountered a rude employee there(late at night) last night, otherwise overall experience is positive and we look forward to coming again!

I love staying here, but……. the hotel is in dire need of rehab. Other than that I give it 10 stars. I love the style of the hotel. I love the environment and atmosphere inside the hotel through to the casinos. If you stay more than a day you ready need to explore the towns around the hotel OR you can golf or take a ferry ride. I live 2 hrs away but try to go there as often as I can. The casino is not bad at all either.

We went here for a mini vacation. We got a room in the lodge and when we immediately walked in, the room was filthy. There were smudges and hand prints all over the head board. Food crumbs everywhere and nothing had been wiped down. There was urine on the bathroom floor. So we tried to get a different room that was clean. They upgraded us to a bigger suite in the lodge. Almost the same thing. Food crumbs all over the floor. The Kitchenette was gross. The bathroom was cleaner than the first room but still not completely clean. And there was body hair on the bed under the cover like the sheets had not been replaced. We did not stay. The casino was fine and what I would expect.

Unfortunately, the place doesn’t seem to be doing very well. Extreme lack of maintenance. Dining options suck. Carpeting is filthy. Many spiders and bugs in hallways and the room we were in. The pool is nice but hot tub needs painted. The wallpaper is bubbled and peeling in the hallways. Doors in the pool area needs replaced and the patio door leading outside from the pool needs the track cleaned and lubricated. The exercise equipment also needs lubricated.i hope they survive but it’s not looking good. I wish they could bring the buffet back at reasonable price. May help them survive, however, they do give good comps. Probably the most we’ve ever gotten and we are not high rollers. I’d really like to see improvements in dining options and cleanliness; our room was very clean, except for finding a couple of baby spiders but we were right at the last room to the exit door at the end of the hall. I also wish they had more non-smoking areas for slots.Regardless, we enjoyed our time there.

This hotel was awful. It was dirty, smelly, and extremely outdated. The photos online are completely misleading. The rooms were disgusting, and even the non-smoking rooms reeked of smoke. I wasn’t planning to leave a review because that’s not usually my style, but my experience got even worse. My flight was cancelled due to the government shutdown, which forced me to fly home a day early, and the hotel refused to even consider a refund. Most places have been understanding and flexible under these circumstances — not this one. It was by far the worst casino I’ve ever visited, and the customer service was just as disappointing. Was a ghost town and for good reason.

Great environment, Great food, fast service, what else can you ask for. Update 11/4- In town on business, I tried to take a few friends to the place I really liked last time I was here, only to be completely ignored. I stood at the bar for 10 mins at least as the bartender served all her regulars. It wasn't even busy. I would not recommend going there unless you are just trying to bet.

Definitely 21 & over. They card you at the door upon entry. Basically you order at the bar, tell them where you will be sitting, & they bring it to you. Tons of TV with lots of sports plus horse racing. Let's talk about the menu it's not large, but definitely has something for everyone. Indiana known for Pork Tenderloin Sandwich was a great size & enjoyed the seasoned fries. At the bartender's suggestion I tried the Pork Tenderloin with mashed potatoes, cream gravy, & onion strings. Fantastic! Full bar & enjoyed a really tasty margarita. Would definitely go back.

I wish, even though you gotta bet to win big, the payouts for just the winner of games were more substantial! I may not want to bet $100 everytime I think a team is going to win only to get 20% what I wagered.🤷

I’m new enough to Bovada over the past year. I play on mobile mostly but if you play on an iPad you can play up to 4 games at a time! Depositing is easy and sometimes there is the option of a bonus of up to 50%. I normally don’t collect these but that’s a personal choice as I’m not fond of wagering requirements! There is no option to deposit with PayPal but there are loads of other ways like visa, skrill, Paysafecard, etc. As with all gambling sites, you must verify your details before withdrawing. My details were verified pretty quickly and easily and then my withdrawal was completed and my winnings went on my Revolut card instantly. I love how fast withdrawals are processed. I am already impressed.

Well today marks my 4 year Anniversary with Bovada Casino. I wish there was an easier way to convince others that Bovada Casino is 100% Legit. It saddens me every time I read a bad review because I know that if the rules are followed, and you are patient with the verification process and the payout time frames, you will be happy with the outcome. People need to realize that if Bovada Casino doesn't follow all the guidelines that they have then we wouldn't be able to play because they would be shut down. They have strict rules that they too have to abide by. And remember…If you can't afford to lose, don't play. It's that simple. Anyways, Happy Anniversary Bovada Casino!! Thank you for 4 Great Years and I'm looking forward to Many Many more years of spinning!!

Great selection of sports, huge variation of bets, responsive and intuitive website, and access on my phone too. Great service all round. Bovada knows their customers. They know what I want to bet on and they know how to get me to bet on them. Their marketing is second to none and I understand their analytics is a huge driving force of this.

Fantastic casino fair gaming in my opinion and most of all first-class customer service. They were quick to answer my emails clearly and politely even when I sent them in the middle of the night they still responded. And congratulated me on my win which they didn't have to do so I appreciated that :-). Customer service is excellent if you email. Bovada has some great promos and boosters and is overall excellent.

I have used quite a few online casinos and sports betting sites and this is by far the best I have used. The site is easy to navigate, not over complicated so it is easy to find what you want quickly and less to go wrong. I tend to find the odds for sports betting very competitive and the choice of games (slots) is superb. Making deposits is easy as is withdrawals and there are always offers to keep you coming back for the fun!

BEWARE OF "BONUS" MONEY!!! It is a complete scam, and you should decline accepting it. I put about $200 in my account and received $100 in "bonus money" for a total of $300. Over the first 6 months I made a number of bets, more lost than won (as is usually the case), and my account balance was down to $150. After 6 months, my bonus expired, and they took all $150 from my account. They told me that when the bonus expires, I lose all bonus money and winnings "associated" with bonus money. Even if you lose money over time, they will associate your winnings with bonus money and your losses with your own money, meaning they can actually take more than just the bonus funds EVEN IF YOU LOST MONEY OVERALL. This should be considered stealing, but is probably buried somewhere in the fine print. I won't be depositing another dollar into my account unless they resolve this in a fair way, and so far based on my customer service experience with Bovada, I don't have very much confidence that will happen.

Frequently asked questions about casinos in Indianapolis

What types of gaming are available at Indiana casinos?

Indiana’s casinos primarily offer table games, including blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker. Many also feature slot machines of various styles and denominations. The specific games available can differ slightly between each casino, so it’s best to check the individual casino’s website for a complete list of gaming options.

Are casinos licensed and regulated by the state?

Yes, all casinos operating in Indianapolis are strictly licensed and regulated by the Indiana Gaming Commission. This regulatory body is responsible for ensuring fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming practices. The commission conducts regular audits and inspections to maintain a high standard of gaming integrity.

What age do you need to be to gamble at a casino?

To gamble at any casino in Indianapolis, you must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by state law and is enforced by casino security personnel. Valid photo identification, such as a driver's license or passport, is required to verify age. Failure to present proper identification will result in denial of entry.

Are there any age restrictions for playing slot machines?

Yes, there are specific age restrictions for playing slot machines, aligning with the overall casino age requirement of 21. Casino staff will always verify your age before allowing you to play. While the machines themselves don't have age settings, the casino’s policy does, and it's consistently applied.

Are casinos open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

While some casinos operate with extended hours, the opening and closing times vary depending on the location. Typically, most casinos in Indianapolis operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering continuous gaming for those who wish to gamble at any time. However, it's always best to confirm the specific hours of operation for the casino you plan to visit.

Can I smoke inside the casino?

Due to state regulations, smoking is generally prohibited inside the main gaming areas of Indiana casinos. Designated smoking areas are often available in restaurants and some non-gaming sections of the casino. Check with casino staff for the exact location of these areas, which may vary between locations.

Are there any other amenities besides gaming?

Indiana casinos typically offer a wide range of amenities beyond just gaming. These often include full-service restaurants, bars and lounges, hotels, entertainment venues, and retail shops. Many casinos host live music performances and other special events, providing additional entertainment options.

Is there a dress code for visiting a casino?

Most casinos in Indianapolis maintain a relatively casual dress code. However, it’s generally advisable to dress neatly and avoid overly casual attire such as athletic wear or flip-flops. While there isn’t a strict enforcement of a formal dress code, maintaining a presentable appearance is customary and can enhance your overall experience. Comfortable shoes are highly recommended.

Are there any responsible gaming resources available?

Yes, all casinos in Indianapolis are committed to promoting responsible gaming. They provide access to various responsible gaming resources, including information on problem gambling, self-exclusion programs, and contact details for support organizations. These resources are readily available at the casino’s information desk and online. Look for the Responsible Gambling Foundation logo.

How secure is gambling at a casino?

Indiana casinos employ multiple security measures to ensure the safety and security of their patrons and assets. These include surveillance cameras, professional security personnel, and strict anti-fraud protocols. Casinos implement stringent procedures for cash handling and chip security to minimize the risk of theft or fraudulent activities.
