I reached out to Cochran to help provide guidance on getting some cracked siding fixed at my house. Drew came out the next day and took a look. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He outlined multiple ways we could go about fixing the siding which I greatly appreciated. He gave me all of the info I needed to understand the issue and the solutions he presented. No pressure was put on me to make a decision that day or anything like that which we really appreciated. I will 100% be using Cochran again for all of my exterior needs and would recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

Joel Good was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking everything out and answering all my questions. John Harrell, the project manager kept things on track and checking in everyday. The crew was also very nice and fast as well and did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. Highly recomend this company for any exterior needs you may need! I am very happy with my end result and have had multiple compliments from neighbors on how good my house looks!

The crews that replaced our roof and installed our Hardie Board siding were excellent. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Their craftsmanship is top-tier. When issues arose with certain items either being missed or needing corrected, Cochran made sure to get it taken care of. We would recommend the work Cochran does for your roofing and siding needs.

Great workmanship, product & communication from sales presentation to finish. Photos were taken showing the damage & mold to decking after the tear-off which matched the photos I had on my phone beforehand. All the decking had to be replaced. I got the 50-yr guarantee platinum package as my roof was never effectively vented & this was roof #5 in a 45-yr-old house built in 1979. They communicated w/me every step of the way. This is the most professional company you could ever hire & the best roof you could ever install. You’ll get much of your $ back in lower heat & A/C bills, $4,000 in 4 deductibles of $1000 ea. that I pd personally on failed roofs + the discount your HO insurance will give you. All staff & crew were very friendly & took a personal interest in this journey of a very important & major project.
