Yes, it was a long process. From material’s ordered to start of installation was 16 weeks (they stated it would be 16-18 weeks). I’ve lived here for 20 years so a few extra weeks to get it all right was no big deal. During that time they set you up with a customer portal to keep documents, pictures, and communicate easily. BUT…what a difference!!! My house was built in 1983 and now looks brand new!! People drive by slowly and random people have stopped to say how good it looks. Installation was completed in two weeks by only two installers who worked efficiently and flawlessly. After main installation was completed they literally walked around the house for at least an hour looking for any blemishes or minor details that needed fixing. My wife and I could not be any happier. Shout out to Chris, Drew, Phillip , and our installers Orlando and Ricardo.

We used Amos Exterior for our new siding. The guys were amazing!!! I hope they all get raises! We will use them again and highly recommend this company! We also had them back to new gutters with screens on. They look amazing! Again, everyone was wonderful to work with!

The work completed by the men who actually did the installation of the roof and gutters was phenomenal. We absolutely love our new roof and gutters and have had no issues with the work since it was completed over a month ago.
The only thing holding me back from a 5 Star review is the sales and management team. There was a rather large miscommunication is regards to our job and they did work with us and we came up with a solution but the process and handling of the situation did leave something to be desired.
I still recommend the company, they do beautiful work at a reasonable price. Just be very clear with your sales rep and double check your contract before you sign in.

Good experience. The guys were helpful in explaining things to me and patient with my questions and didn’t pressure me. The work they did was very nice very much paid attention to detail and I would recommend them and hire them to do another job for me down the road. The pictures are the gutters,fascia, soffit and freeze board only.

This company is a perfect example of why I hate solicitors. They were going door to door, and happened to approach my Fiancée that was outside while I was at work asking if we needed anything done. The worker whose name was Patrick decided to tell her that my roof needed replaced soon and has broken/twisted shingles. The weird thing is that my house was just built 2 years ago and has a brand new roof with absolutely no damage. That being said in the off chance that I need any work done in the future I’d avoid this company like the plague. If you’re going to scam potential customers at least don’t make it so blatant. I’ll even attach a picture of my “damaged” roof.

We have been using Amos Exteriors for over 10 years. They are a great roofing company. We had a small leak and they were quick at coming out to check out our issue.

We now have hail damage and have had nothing less than excellent service in helping us with our insurance claim all the way down to great cosmetic advice from Rodney, our project manager. With his guidance we not only are getting a new roof – our house will have a new look that will stand out and bring our home to a more modern look with a subtle “facelift” that will have the neighbors asking what did you do to make your house look so good.

Update 9/8/25
Our roof and gutters have now been completed. We are so thrilled with the way our house turned out. Rodney, our representative from Amos was so much help especially with choosing the color we picked for both the roof shingle and gutters. We liked it so well we changed the windows too by matching them to our gutter color. Our house feels so refreshed and like new!

Rodney did not stop there with great customer service, he even helped us after the completion with renegotiating shortages on our insurance company’s payoff for the roof when their waste measurement was too low for our highly angled roofline. He stuck with us through the whole process. It was very comforting knowing he was always available to be reached.

The rest of the Amos staff did not let us down either. They all were great!

I’d really like to give a 4.5. Bone Dry was great to work with from quoting through job completion. I was incredibly impressed with communication from the project foreman during the work. He was in touch multiple times throughout the day with updates and pictures. This was especially helpful as we were away during the work.

The only issue we had was a squirrel entered the house through the open chimney at some point during the project. It was able to open the cover to the fireplace and get out to roam the house. It caused some damage that we are presently looking to get fixed. I addressed this with Bone Dry via the text thread wondering if it was standard practice to plug the open flues in some way to prevent this, but haven’t yet heard back.

Bone Dry Roofing did an excellent job repairing my roof. The other 2 roofing companies came to my house to repair our roof before Bone Dry. The other companies didn’t properly repair our roof and they didn’t respond after my return request.

The Bone Dry team was efficient and quick. Contacts and follow ups were top notch by Jordan and Jack Pollard. The repairman, Luis Jarquin, did a good job to find the source of leak and repaired our roof. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. The best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

Marco and his crew did an amazing job. The attention to detail was great and left the job site better than it likely was when they arrived. I had a new roof put on. After trying to contact smaller companies I was fed up with folks not getting back with me. Although these folks were likely not the least expensive, You get what you pay for. I had uninstalled a clamp on device for my gutter the day before they arrived. I never asked for it to be reinstalled nor expected them to see the device. I just wanted it out of their way. These guys even reinstalled my solar panel device without being asked. When they left, my wife noticed a piece of trash fell out of the trailer. Not sure how they noticed it but the stopped and picked it up. Awesome job. Would use again! I only attached one photo but they added this cricket to my chimney that was never there before either.

Overall had a great experience with Indy Roof & Restoration. Extremely helpful throughout the process, with everything from coming out to inspect the home, helping start the claim with insurance, came out when the insurance company sent their inspectors to look at the house, and then came out and knocked out the project. One thing I wish was a little better communication during the downtime or waiting period, while waiting for insurance to get things processed. We started the process in September 2024 and the project wrapped up the beginning of May 2025, very little communication between November and March. I get these are the winter months and no construction stuff can really happen during that time, but some sort of communication to let us know we weren’t forgotten.

No one wants to need a roof replaced, but Bryan Brown worked so well with our insurance company to get as much as possible for us and our home. I can’t recommend him enough. On the day of our roof replacement, the crew was quick and we are so happy with the end results. There were some clerical errors on what needed done on our property, but those were eventually resolved. The cleanup after the work was completed was done poorly. There were over 2 dozen nails/screws left around my house. The crew came back out and cleaned up after being asked to do so, but there were still areas that were noted that they did not clean. I understand that, with the volume of nails used and needed, there will be some left behind. But, this needed more attention and care.

Edit: After my job was completed, there were still so many things I needed help with, and the communication from IRR to me was poor. In nearly a 2 month wait from the completion of my project to when I received the final check from insurance, I only had successful contact with my representative, Bryan, one time. I’m happy to have a new roof, but I am all around disappointed at the communication. Review has gone from 4 stars to 3.

Had a great experience with Mark. Asked him to come out due to the age of the home and he provided me with a detailed assessment and let me know there’s currently no work needing to be done. He even advised me to wait on small projects like exterior painting to not limit myself for when I will need a roof replacement with colors and styles. Straight forward and clear communication. Cannot wait to work with him when I will need a roof done!

let me tell you what…when i made my original review, i was very pleased with Matt and he did a fantastic job. that’s why this is now only getting a 3star review. i deleted my previous review to make this new one because what we have gone through is ridiculous. don’t get me wrong, we are very pleased with our roof and the work that was done, especially the workers doing it on a day it was extremely hot out. Now, on to the after….we knew we had a balance. We got the second half of the insurance check & paid that. We then called about the remaining balance – we were told someone would call us back in 24-48hrs. Nothing. We got a letter in the mail stating we needed to pay our balance – called them, didn’t hear back. Called AGAIN and then finally got a call back from a Steve & we were allowed to pay half our balance (because we were previously told about financing). Now here we are, we get another letter in the mail, this one threatening a lien if our balance isn’t paid off. ONCE AGAIN, we called and no one has called us back. We were told about financing and apparently that’s an issue; we have called and called over and over – for you to not be responsible enough to give us a phone call back. it’s absurd & so frustrating when something is being threatened against you when you call and no one is responsible enough to answer.

Tim came out this morning. He checked our roof for hail damage. He was totally honest with us that our roof currently looks good except for two missing shingles.

We appreciate the honesty and professionalism.

When it’s time for a new roof we will call them.

We recently got a new roof due to hail damage, and were extremely pleased with the work and support Bryan Brown provided. He ensured that all was good to go with Allstate Insurance for the claim, and made this a very seamless process. In August 2024 Big Boy’s Construction replaced our roof. Communication with Gary was great from the estimate to the completion of our roof. I appreciated the photos and drone footage that gave me a view of what was on the roof and what needed to be addressed. Gary kept me in the loop throughout the project and answered any questions I had. The roof looks so nice and is a nice upgrade for our home.

This summer (2025) I again called on Big Boy’s to assist in replacing our gutters which had sustained minor storm damage. Gary once again was out to give an estimate and schedule the job. Within a week, the crew was out and installed the new gutters. Same experience as last year and the gutters look great!!!

We called big boy construction out for an estimate because we found a shingle in our yard after a nasty storm. Andrew came out and surveyed our roof and found NO DAMAGE. I could have hugged the man. My husband wanted to send him flowers. He was awesome, give him a raise. When it’s finally time to replace the roof we will be calling you guys

We received 3 different company quotes for roof replacement. 2 companies gave competitive bids, One gave a really low ball. Gary from Big Boy’s was the only one to followup routinely without being pushy. I would text him with questions and would not have to wait long for a response. After investigating warranties and pre service experience we went with Big Boy’s. From start to finish they remained on the time table given for work to be completed. Clean up after work was excellent. I have other projects coming up and will be looking to Big Boy to be top of the list for completion.

Very good to work with. Installers were friendly and did a good job. Was always able to talk to someone if I had any questions. After installation was completed I had an issue with the downspouts being too low for my mower to get buy. I call and talked to Chris and someone was here to fix the issue within a couple of days. I highly recommend them to do some work.

I met with Kevin to begin with who gave me an estimate and explained everything to me.
He was very friendly, honest, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
I just had a very good feeling after meeting with him and so I later that day decided to go with them.
They fit me in the schedule within a week and a half, I believe it was which was great.
On the day when they came for the installation, there was about 7 in the work crew.
They were all very hard workers and within five hours my roof of 850 square feet was completed, along with a small shed that I also had them do.
They did a wonderful job and I was very impressed. I believe it was a very fair price also.

Cochran did an amazing job on our siding . Beshoy & Julie made sure the project went smoothly and made my 100 year old farm house look new again. I would highly recommend them.

He outlined multiple ways we could go about fixing the siding which I greatly appreciated. He gave me all of the info I needed to understand the issue and the solutions he presented. No pressure was put on me to make a decision that day or anything like that which we really appreciated. I will 100% be using Cochran again for all of my exterior needs and would recommend to anyone looking to have work done on their home.

The crews that replaced our roof and installed our Hardie Board siding were excellent. They showed up on time and worked until the job was completed. Their craftsmanship is top-tier. When issues arose with certain items either being missed or needing corrected, Cochran made sure to get it taken care of. We would recommend the work Cochran does for your roofing and siding needs.

Cochran Exteriors has taken great care of us. Fixing up an old house comes with its challenges, and their customer service has been great. We chose Cochran due to the quality of the product, and we feel good knowing the product will withstand the test of time.

Photos were taken showing the damage & mold to decking after the tear-off which matched the photos I had on my phone beforehand. All the decking had to be replaced. These guys were friggin phenomenal. They completely redid my siding and my roof. Gavin was totally on top of it. They gave me a timeline and scope. They did all the work they needed to do without me having to be on top of them to do it. I’ve hired quite a few contractors in my time and these guys were just absolutely the best. They had ran into several problems doing work for my home but they charged me only for materials to do the extra bits and it was ridiculously reasonably priced in my opinion. Tyler the owner came to my home after big hail storm. He started my roof job never provided me a written quote for roof work and started replacement without my acceptance. This experience had turned into a nightmare. I’m very disappointed.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience with Raptor Roofing. From the moment Thomas came out to do my initial inspection, its been a breeze for me. I had been dropped by another roofer when insurance only approved a partial replacement. Thomas was diligent with my insurance to prove the old style shingles were not available, and with his persistence, he was able to get me approved for a FULL roof replacement!!

My insurance claim was close to expiring from dealing with the last roofer, however Raptor Roofing got me on the schedule very quickly so I didn’t have to worry. Sadly it rained that day so we rescheduled for the next day. The crew completed the install in one day and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Thanks to the glory of Indiana weather, we needed a full roof replacement, and after checking with my neighbors Stay Dry Roofing came up quite a few times. I ended up working with Shane Heim, who was extremely personable, and professional. He made the entire process a breeze from working with Insurance to scheduling, to the install, and the new roof looks amazing. Also as a dog owner, I went out with magnets to try to find any loose nails or any kind of debris and came up entirely empty handed, not a loose nail to be found. Not only were we extremely satisfied & happy with the results, but we were also pleased with the level of service our Sales Rep Matt Songer provided! He went above & beyond during the entire process. He even stepped in on install to periodically check progress, take pictures and report to us while we were out of town! He kept us advised throughout! Contacted Indy Rooftops when we found out some shingle damage went to there being a lot of repairs needed done on our roof. Lexi Cole reached out and agreed with other quotes I had gotten that we had some wood damage and was even transparent on the fact that we had some life left in the roof but eventually was going to need attention. We decided that the best course of action for peace of mind for us for to replace the roof and repair the wood damage. Lexi and her team at Indy Rooftops were very transparent in the quote and line items needing attention and was also the lowest out of the 5 quotes we received. Installation day was stress free and Lexi and her team did an amazing job from start to finish! The quality of work was amazing as the team did not rush to finish the job and took their time ensuring quality during installation. We called Indy Rooftops to inspect a leaking duct and generally inspect our roof for age-related “watch outs”. Dan was on time, professional, and listened carefully to my concern before going to work. He was able to identify a path forward, explain it to me in simple terms and execute the fix on the spot. Further, he identified an additional unrelated preventative item that he offered to resolve using materials available on his truck. After completing the work and getting a relatively clean bill of health on our existing roof, Dan said there would be no charge for the visit and repairs. I pushed to pay for his time and travel, and he said he would trade all of that for being considered when / if I need additional services in the future. I was pleasantly surprised!! Indy Rooftops was amazing. We had a leak at our warehouse on a Sunday. We called to multiple companies and no one would come out. Finally we tried Indy Rooftops and immediately got ahold of a real person! They dropped their Sunday activities and headed straight over. They got us squared away fast!

Not a customer, but wouldn’t trust this roofing company. The worker in this vehicle drove past a stopped school bus. When honked at, he proceeded to yell obscenities, record, and follow my kids, making my kids feel threatened. I take first impressions very seriously, and after this I can proudly say we won’t be using this company.

We had our roof replaced last year, inspection showed severe soft spots that we were not aware of. Luckily team was able to get extra wood and get project done one time. Workers took pride in there work really appreciate it. They even worked around a bird nest. Wood recommend to anyone wanting quality work.

Everyone I talked to did their job in a professional manner.

My project was removal of 2 layers of shingles & the sheathing deck underneath them. A new sheathing deck was installed using H- clips between sheathing panels for the proper spacing to allow for expansion. Owens Corning Flex Class 4 shingles were installed with underlayment, edging, starter shingles, and the area near the gutters got Rhino lining.
Ridge vent was also installed.

The crew that worked on my house is a hard working group. They did me a great job! They cleaned up after the install. Showed concern for my landscaping & property. Asked me about it if there were plants that could be smashed by equipment. (My spring bulbs will come back next year!)

They covered any area where shingles or nails might fall. Used magnets to check the yard & driveway for nails.

The foreman checked with me several times throughout the day. At the end of the day he verified that there were no issues that needed to be addressed before releasing his crew to return home which was about 100 miles from my home.

Also, they brought trailers and hauled away all trash.

Had a great experience with Kingdom Roofing. Lacee came out and inspected our roof. She was knowledgeable and transparent about the work we needed done. Will definitely call her again with any needs in the future!

Lacee installed my daughter’s roof and gutters in the fall of 23. We were so impressed with the efficiency and the professional way she conducted herself. I highly recommend this company. I had a large branch put a hole in my 4 year old roof. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the roof was repaired expertly. I can’t tell the difference. Then after the last storm some shingles and metal were lifted off a dormer and again, they came and repaired my damage. If you are thinking of using them for your roof, feel confident.
