Broad Ripple Service Experts

I called to have my kitchen faucet replaced and BR Service Experts were able to schedule an appointment the same day. That was terrific! Colin Foley was prompt and friendly-and don't let his young appearance fool you, he has worked as a plumber (a family legacy) for many years! The faucet swap was quick and he left my kitchen as neat as he found it. I will use Broad Ripple Service Experts again when I have a plumbing issue. THANKS Colin!

David did a great job with cleaning out our dryer vent. He was also very helpful in writing us a quote for replacing our exhaust fans in our bathrooms for our next project. David was extremely friendly and an always a pleasure to speak with. We are always happy with the work that Broad Ripple heating and cooling does!

Josh and Ethan were fantastic to work with. They were very considerate and thorough in replacing our sewer line. Minimal damage was done to the ground and the communication throughout was fantastic. I will absolutely consider Broad Ripple Service Experts for any additional work needed thanks to the great experience with Josh and Ethan.

Ira is definitely one of your best technicians that we have ever dealt with. He has a great sense of humor and extremely polite. He was very timely and thorough even through the downpour. David and James came out last Friday to do insulation in my attic. It was 119 degrees in the attic. We rescheduled for today and they came this morning and did a great job. They worked well together. David has a great personality and James is just so polite. I’m very happy with the job they did.

We had Ira service our furnace and A/C today and he is very intelligent and knowledgeable about everything! He made sure to walk me through all he was doing and explained everything in great detail! The before and after pictures of what he did today were shocking!! We also had Collin come out and service our water heater! Overall 10/10

Rob, Dan and another young man came today to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They were prompt, professional, did an excellent job and cleaned up meticulously after themselves. Finished ahead of schedule and walked thru a complete and thorough explanation of everything. Ive used broad ripple services in the past, now and will again when needed.
