Dr. Ferguson and his staff were absolutely wonderful. The check-in was quick, and Dr. Ferguson took ample time to discuss my condition and share the causal factors of my symptoms and the diagnostic process I had scheduled. It was very kind and compassionate! Also, it was wonderful to work with Jess in his administrative office. A fantastic team!

The most horrible experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. I recently moved to a different state and have been trying to get my health checked. My doctor sent a referral, and all the paperwork was faxed the same day—it was confirmed received by Dr. Hallen’s office. It has now been over a month, and no one has called me back. I even attempted to call the DR office and nurse and left multiple voicemails, but no one has returned my calls. Please don’t go here. If the staff is this careless, how can you trust the doctor?
