The whole office atmosphere was very good. Everybody was kind and Dr. Carol was great. Explained everything and just seem to have a lot of energy. He told me what I needed to know, we talked about what i needed to do Maybe in the future. my appointment was a great experience.
Dr. Carroll is amazing and very knowledgeable! My daughter had 2 foot surgeries with him and both were done with precise procedures so that the rest of her feet would not be bothered. He always takes the time to make sure you understand exactly what is wrong with your feet. He will even draw pictures. I also like that surgery is never his first go to unless needed. The staff is always cheerful and caring.
My Mom had her first appointment at the office yesterday. We were both impressed with the extremely friendly employees as well as Dr Carroll. Especially Paige!!! Would recommend this office to friends and family. Thanks, nice to feel genuinely cared about and not just a number.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr Carroll makes you feel like he has known you for years. He listens to you, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel calm. He is wonderful! I am so thankful that I have found him. A young man Jackson assisted and he was so kind and caring. Everyone in that office is awesome!! They were all very friendly and smiling. Appt was right on time, no waiting to be called back. Staff is very friendly and detail oriented. Staff is patient and kind, explaining any questions you don't understand. Dr Carroll is a very detailed on explaining any problems you might have
Dr Carroll and his assistant Tyler were amazing in caring for my very sore foot. They took action immediately to correct what was wrong, and I got excellent care and treatment. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful and amazingly positive.
Love Dr Carroll! I always feel so much better after my visit. The whole staff are courteous and friendly.
