Infinity Eye Care

The care from Dr. Karina is second to none. She is an outstanding physician. But the young lady who gave us our exam was not very professional whatsoever. She was very dry, wore CROCS and had awful customer service. She kept her mask on and you could barely understand her. She seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. Furthermore, the office must do better in providing better options for Men’s eyewear, at least for people who like more urban fashion. I will just take my prescription to another office who offers Tom Ford or Cazal’s which is more fashionable for my taste. But to each their own. Like I said by all means come here just for the doctors experience and expertise if nothing else.

Dr. Mark Snyder and his staff always make me feel special. He takes time to explain his findings and answer all my questions. Dr. Snyder and the staff are able to tell me my anticipated copay costs. I highly recommend this practice for your eye care needs.

Both doctors & their staff are helpful & extremely nice to their patients . Both doctors are easy to talk to & are very thorough. They have been a much needed asset in making me see better. Their eyeglass selection is amazing! I have a hard time picking just one. The lady who helped me find the right frames & did all of the measurements that were needed - was a tremendous help to me today. So glad that I go there now!

To be honest, I had many reservations before going to infinity eye care. My experience there put all those reservations to rest. I’m thankful to every staff who attended to me and I want to specifically thank Dr Snyder. He explained every the results of every test in a way that I could understand. He gave me confidence and reassurance that my situation was going to improve. Thanks to everyone at Infinity Eye Care. Will be seeing more of you guys.

Dr Snyder and the staff were very warm, welcoming and yet very professional during our visit. My husband and I received very thorough eye exams during our 1st visit and will definitely be returning for our follow-ups. We love that office is close and the service was top notch.

I came in with my 4½ year and 6 year old for their first eye appointments around noon. They had been at other doctors appointments since 9am. So you can imagine how restless they were, but not crazy behavior. They were really wanting to move around and get attention. They staff members were so patient and so kind. My little ones got extremely scared of all the eye drops and the staff patiently worked with me to get their eye drops done along with all the other eye tests. It is so easy to feel judged when you take exhausted kids out in public. They did not make me feel judged at all. This was a wonderful experience. Thank you so very much. This is an amazing place to go and get your eyes checked and your kids. Thank you!

Very professional. I was very comfortable. Dr Mark Snyder went over the pictures of my eyes. High tech technology, no more drops in the eye, no more wearing those sunglasses after the drops. Also the staff help me looked for my new glasses, as well as my glasses had a quick turnaround. You all have a new patient for sure. I’ll see you all next t year.
