Dr. Tavel Family Eyecare - Meadows

I had a good experience at this location on east 38th. Got my favorite color in marbled design very happy with them.(paid for) The ones the insurance paid for are cute also.

AMAZING experiences with the meadows office. They educate you and stay transparent about their eyewear. Great selection as well. I live my Versace frames! I can see so well.

Literally showed 7 min late and canceled my appointment for 3 weeks out. I was finally able to make it to my scheduled appointment and everything went smooth and seamless. I’m very pleased.

Update: in the middle of being given the runaround on a botched pair of glasses. Will update, but until then I CANNOT CURRENTLY RECOMMEND. (Five stars changed to one star.) Update: the place is under new, friendly management. I cannot emphasize enough how great the folks here are here. Make an appointment, they can get busy. Accessibility is not an issue. Original: Nice place, a little bare right now. People are warm, helpful & not judgemental. Part of this neighborhood revitalizing, glad they are here. Handicapped or disabled access is fine. Accepts Care Credit. Accepts Medicaid.

I was helping a mutual patient get a copy of their prescription and the fishers tavel office told her they couldn't email it but the patients wasn't able to get into her portal. I called the Meadows office for help and Denai ( I apologize if I misspell the name) was wonderful and was able to help take care of the patient.

Everyone was so friendly and personable. I felt no pressure and really enjoyed my visit. They were so helpful.

They were very polite and very nice didn't take long the ladies out front was very polite very understanding very helpful the doctor was amazing the whole thing took me maybe 45 minutes very satisfied they're even going to make my cataract removal appointment for me 1 to 10 I would score them at a 10 plus
