Dr. Tavel Family Eyecare - 96th Street

I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the office. The guy who did my pre exam was so nice and very detailed. Dr. Patel answered all my questions and made the process simple and quick. I want to shout out Andrea, she checked me in and out. She was very friendly, and just made my visit very comfortable. I enjoyed the whole visit. Shout out Dr. Tavel 96th st.

I went to Dr tavel's yesterday and was greeted by Roxie. From the moment I encountered this lady I could tell that she really liked her job and wanted to help me. I have a very petite face and it is hard to find glasses to fit me.. she actually came up with three or four pairs to choose from. I have yet to make my decision but I definitely will be back Thank you Roxi

Staff was excellent... the eye Dr. hit all the topics most patients would ask. I am not going to write a big story... sales 10/10 service 10/10 pricing 10/10 (everything is high nowadays, but they were priced scalable to all local competition). This WAS my first time in the store, or any Tavel branch. They met & exceeded my expectations. A+++++

Don’t waste your time here. My daughter got glasses from here and for well over a month she kept saying she couldn’t see. Finally got an appointment for her to go back and they had measured her eye wrong so her prescription was not in the right place on her glasses. I recently got glasses from them and something is wrong with my glasses as well. They probably measured wrong again. They have awful construction in front of their building so I was a few minutes late. No one was in the waiting room, completely empty other than employees, and they said they no longer have a grace period for appointments so would not be able to see me. Worse than the doctors office. I can wait 15 to 20 minutes to see them, but I can’t be five minutes late? Just ridiculous. Will be finding a new eye doctor.

This was my first time getting a professional eye exam for my kids. My daughter needed glasses and the Dr was very thorough in explaining to me her care. Also everyone that worked there was very sweet and Ashley helped to get my daughters glasses expedited in time because my daughter was leaving for Flordia for a month. Highly recommend this place for eye care needs!

Had an issue at a different Tavel, so I decided to visit the Fishers team on 96th street. I was helped by Abby Renken, and she helped correct the issue I had. She was courteous, professional and helped me in a timely manner. I recommend this store if you're in the area.

I have been going to dr.tavel for a long time but, my latest experience at the 96th street location was exceptional. It began with Roxie helping me get setup for my exam she was wonderful, she was cheerful and extremely friendly. Then Flavio and Aiden was very thorough and understanding with my daughter and I couldn't ask for better treatment.
