The place is clean. Nice equipment. The price of membership is good. The employees are nice. The membership cancelation is a mess and if a person has to cancel say 2 weeks into the month then they don't get to finish the rest of their time, they lose their money. Plus there's a certain date you have to cancel or your next payment comes over and you have to cancel at the Planet fitness where you signed up. Just a huge hassle on that part. I have recommended Planet fitness. Spray Tanning would be GREAT!

Love the open layout of the Kentucky Ave location. Staff is friendly yet respectful of your privacy. Showers are large, though a few need some service to the shower head.

Vary nice place but I was going to the one over by Avon and I stopped going for a while and when I came back my bill was 172 dollars and they won't even let me make another one but this one was nice you should go check it out vary clean place everyone was so nice and the atmosphere is amazing so go check it out but if you don't go for awhile cancel your membership because they will keep charging you check it out

I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for years, and I’m thrilled to give them a well-deserved 5-star review! The gym has always been clean, welcoming, and affordable, with a great variety of cardio equipment and a judgment-free vibe that makes everyone feel comfortable. But what’s really taken my workouts to the next level is their recent addition of plate-loaded machines! This was a game-changer for me and other strength enthusiasts who love the versatility and feel of free weights. The new machines are high-quality, smooth, and perfect for progressive overload. I also appreciate how the staff keeps everything well-maintained and organized. I sincerely hope Planet Fitness continues to expand their portfolio of weight machines, as it shows they’re listening to their members’ feedback and evolving to meet our needs. Keep up the amazing work, PF—this is why I’ll always be a loyal member!

Stopped here on my way to the airport. Dropped off by Uber. I Asked the girl at desk if I could put my suitcase behind the front desk while I worked out as it was a little too big for the locker. I said I’m not asking anyone to be responsible just didn’t want to leave it unattended in the locker room. It was an immediate no - against the " rules " and she doesn’t make the rules. When I asked to speak to someone who does make the rules she said they weren’t there. So, I dragged it around the floor while working out. Thanks for your helpful and reasonable "rules" that members must follow.

Muy mal el servicio de hoy 23 de abril en la mañana. El chico creo que odia a la gente... no solo a los latinos los mira con desprecio, sino a la gente en general... desastrosa la atención de hoy, lastima no poder dar un cero. Pero hay gente que no merece estar en ese trabajo, le falta mucho como persona, el resto de empleados está bien, solo el chico de hoy es vergonzoso

Horrible, legit changed my bank recently and didnt realize I needed to update in app. I then checked in and was yelled at that I have a past due amount and needed to leave. I kindly wanted to know why I couldn’t update payment. I then let the manager know I wasnt a fan of being yelled out and told to get out without even being asked to update payment. His response to me was "she said sorry, you dont need to keep bringing it up" when it was legit my first time telling him. He continued to be unprofessional so I decided to leave. I will be cancelling my membership and happily paying more to go to anytime fitness. They just needed to ask me to update payment not treat me like I was trying to skurt past them
