Laryn Steadman, MD, FAAD

All seemed to go well. Mary in the office was v nice & thorough. Had a good checkup; Carmen, the asst/nurse was kind, efficient, clear, knowledgeable & polite. Laryn Steadman MD was v efficient, got to the chase quickly, we made decisions, and Dr answered all my questions.

Dr Stedman was prompt, professional, pleasant and informative. However I was quite dissatisfied with my visit. I have been experiencing hair loss. I made an appointment online and describe the reason for my visit in detail. It took several months to get in. When I arrived the nurse asked me the reason for my visit. I explained and she said that they wouldn't be able to do an assessment unless I booked an extended appointment. I knew if I left I would still be charged for the visit and I would be waiting several more months before I could get in so I stayed. I had only an extremely abbreviated assessment where she asked me two or three questions, took a quick look at my scalp, and then in rapid fire fashion listed the various medications that could help. I was then asked to choose what I wanted. I left feeling very uninformed although admittedly it would have been far worse for her to have sent me away and told me I had to rebook and come back in several months.

The Forefront team in Broad Ripple provides excellent service, with staff who send timely reminders and offer flexible scheduling. The office is well-managed, ensuring that visits proceed smoothly and efficiently, while the staff maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Steadman is highly knowledgeable and patient, thoroughly addressing patients’ questions and offering proactive solutions. I strongly recommend both the Forefront team and Dr. Steadman for their exemplary service.

Doctor Steadman was extremely thorough, polite and informative. She explained my treatment plan, gave me the possible side effects and set me up for success. I'm very, very pleased with Dr. Steadman.

Well I had to sign 4 forms that seemed not necessary. When I saw the Dr, Ashley followed but she had her back to me writing. When I made appt. I told them my moles are hereditary so they need to be burned off. I have 4 moles on my nose. Two on top, two at the left & right of my nostril. One on the right stretches middle to far right, that's the one I kept pointing at that I wanted removed - she got half of it with liquid nitrogen. Now it's left along with a red sore since it blistered & drained over night. Scab came off during washing, it's still raised off my skin like before. It's not hurting just itching a little. Keep Vaseline on it. Received free samples. Everyone was civil but I paid 130.00 & I bet that mole or whatever it is remains which is aggravating. And she did not get all of it at all, it's obvious to me that it was one ugly piece to the right of my nostril. Dana Alfreds
