I had a new patient appt with Dr Ozols on Wednesday. I was very happy with every aspect of the visit..the care from the doctors and nurses was top notch. Very thankful that my friend told me about this practice.

I have started seeing Dr. Wilson about three years ago. Everyone is very friendly and professional and treated me well. Scheduling is great too. There is no long wait. On one of my appointments Dr. Perdue covered for Dr. Wilson and he is just as wonderful as Dr. Wilson. I highly recommend them if you’re in need to see dermatologist immediately. Thank you Dr. Wilson and Eagle Creek Derm Team!

Very disappointed!! Went for an appr. When they asked for my insurance and I handed her Anthem medicaid the receptionist wouldn't even touch the card. Said very sparky they don't take state insurance only private. Said I could pay up to 200 dollars as a cash patient. The way she talked down to me and acted like I was so below her. I left in tears. Glad they don't take my insurance as I will never go back there!!

I saw Wendy Wilson. My lips are turning dark so I booked an appointment hoping to get some help in figuring out the cause. She never did any tests to figure out the problem. Wendy only gave a bunch of could-be causes and sent me home with a prescription hydrocortisone ointment and said if I needed her to call back. I would never go back to her. What a joke. She was nice but clueless. So I still don't know why my lips are turning dark. What happened to doctors that really care and are not just looking to be paid?? I'll keep looking.

I've seen a couple doctors here due to availability and me being impatient! I saw Dr. Wilson when I was younger and pursued an accutane treatment and also Dr. Perdue for some itchy skin help. I've always been appreciative of how quickly they were able to help me. I loved that Dr. Perdue was ready to play hardball to get my symptoms under control. I was embarrassed about it for a while and just want to get it under control. I loved that Dr. Purdue helped me, provided options, and let me decide what was best for me. He also laid out the next steps and let me know what to expect.

Currently have a 300.00 bill but I am still in the same pain that I started with. Got a cyst removed but the full sac was not taken out. The cyst got infected I was fed more antibiotic but when I called back to speak about getting assistance due to the cyst still leaking fluid and hurting I was told Dr. Perdue or his nurse would call and I’ve heard nothing! It’s been a week now going on 2! Wouldn’t recommend! Won’t be back

I have had a horrible experience with Eagle Creek Dermatology. I had warts surrounding my fingernails on both hands. Dr. Perdue suggested a yeast injection that would supposedly be "less painful" than freezing them off. I can barely type on a keyboard.. my fingers are in so much pain. And never did he once say that this treatment would cause my fingernails to FALL OFF. Which is something I would think he should have mentioned. So now not only do I still have the warts on my fingers, but I am missing two fingernails. All for the low price of $300. Do not come here if you want your doctor to actually tell you the reality of things. The only good thing about this place is the women that work in the office. update- all of my fingernails ended up falling off and the picture is what they looked like in the process of that. dont go here..
