I have been a patient of Drs Dineen and Shelley for 20+ years, have always received excellent care, and have never waited for more than 10 minutes. Check-in could be improved as well as wait times when calling to make an appointment. Still, I would never go anywhere else. Thank you Drs Dineen and Shelley for your care.

Dr. Dineen is an outstanding doctor. She is understanding and knowledgeable. She has identified problem skin cancers and found them in time so they were treatable. I would highly recommend her and her associates.

I saw PA Caroline during my visit. She really listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was a part of the decisions she made to take care of my issues. I arrived for my scheduled appointment only to be told it had been cancelled. I received zero notification (no email, no call) about this beforehand. It was a complete waste of my time.

Just because somone has to reschedule an appointment doesn't mean you can just be rude and snotty things come up whoever runs ur scheduling needs to get a new job and yeah I cussed her out because she was soo rude ill find somwhere else
