These used to be good apartments. I'm about to move my mother to a better place. These apartments used to be income based(they still claim to be) my mother's rent is nearly $500, the laundry room is terrible with washer that cost $2.00 and dryers that cost $1:50 and seldom work. There are constant changes with the management and constant issues with the plumbing. I wish the church that used to own this building would not have given control to whatever company that owns it now. People are moving out almost monthly now.
Ddnt go in, outside waiting on someone... but , it looked nice outside. Grass cut , no paper down .. nice cars outside... I'm going make a appointment to see inside..
My mom lost her key. Been calling the building for three days now. No answer! No on site emergency maintenance. So she can’t into the building or her apartment. The phone number when called is saying disconnected.
My dad lived there for about 2 years. Decent 1 bedroom apartments with handicap accessories for Senior living.
Had to clean and nice place to live for seniors
Excellent "Senior Living" Community, superb Management, compassionate Staff and wonderful Residents!
