My wife and I had built our home in Holliday Farms in Zionsville and are soon approaching three years of owning our Gradison Home. Gradison was instrumental in helping us select our lot, designing our home based on what we told them we wanted in our home and along the way had contractors and partners that helped us build a dream home. We have been very satisfied with the overall process and then after moving in they have been very helpful in having small issues resolved that needed to be tended to. We could not be more proud of the home we built and could not have done it without Gradison !!!
