CMH finished our basement about 3 years ago and did an amazing job. Very smooth process from beginning to end. No surprises along the way. What they quote you is the actual price you will pay unless you make changes along the way. All the subcontractors were very professional and cleaned up the site each day. We ended up with a beautiful basement. Highly recommend them!

I can not express how happy I was with CMH through the whole process of finishing our basement. Just getting quotes from basement finishers felt like the wild wild west. CMH quickly separated themselves from the rest with their thorough attention to detail all the way from the quoting/proposal to the finish. Our home was new within the last couple years and I felt like the quality and attention to detail through the whole process at times exceeded our experience of home building - from keeping the workspace clean to the finishing touches. 100% would recommend CMH.

CMH Builders, Inc. did an excellent job finishing my basement! From start to completion of the project, they were professional, responsive, prompt, and caring. Every person from CMH/their partner companies was friendly, on-time, and took great pride in their work. It gave me a great deal of confidence knowing the people entering my home each day were true "professionals" in every sense of the word. I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner of the company quite a bit during the project. It's clear to see that he deeply values customer feedback and holds his team to high standards. The communication from him and his team were top-notch throughout the entire basement remodel. I was as involved, or as hands-off, as I wanted to be every step of the way - but I always knew what was going on each week/day. Ultimately, CMH was able to complete my basement remodel ahead of schedule and deliver a new space in my home that is exactly as I had envisioned. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend CMH builders to others!

CMH was a fantastic partner in our full basement finishing project. They have a dedicated process from creating the design, coordinating the buildout through various stages, and completing the finishing touches to make any renovation look amazing. CMH was fantastic to work with. We had large projects in which we received three quotes from reputable companies. Although they were all very comparable in cost, CMH was able to provide a 3D rendering of our projects that helped us visualize our ideas. Our basement is approximately 1100 sq/ft which we turned into a spacious bathroom, gym, media center w/electric fireplace, dinning area, dry bar, and a wet bar. Our second project was installing a gas fireplace, media center surrounding the fireplace, new flooring, coffee bar, and cabinetry work to existing cabinets. Brandon and Tori were able to adjust the renderings and swap options on the projects as well as give us their opinion based upon their own experiences. Once the projects began, Nick our project manager, was extremely communitive and gave us weekly updates on the schedule. At any time, I was able to call/text him with any questions or discrepancies. Our only hang up with CMH is that it did take slightly longer than originally expected. However, quality is top notch and we wanted them to take the time needed to adhere to both theirs and ours high standards and expectations. My wife and I would ABSOLUTELY recommend CMH to anyone! *Pictures to come.

Everyone was super easy to work with. Loved how project turned out and they made the design process easy. Only item we weren't thrilled with was the quality of the flooring. Love the color of it, just super thin and would have spent extra on thicker/higher quality is all.
