Invoke Studio

Invoke has felt like home to me since joining early last year. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming, & there's a wonderful array of class & instructor options. I especially appreciate everyone's invitational language & the encouragement to focus on & strengthen our own practice *outside* of the studio. I also completed their 200-hour YTT program May 2024 & I could not speak more highly of the quality & variety of the curriculum & lead instructors. So grateful I signed up for their program & then became a Warrior member!

This was my first class at the Invoke Studio. I've taken several classes off site at the Lume and Yvonne's rooftop classes at Ash and Elm. I purposely booked this class because Yvonne was teaching and I wanted to see what the studio classes were like. Her class was absolutely amazing, from the intentional sequencing, to the music playlist, to how welcoming and inclusive she was. The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and helpful. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive from Greenwood!

I’ve moved away and found an even deeper appreciation for Invoke than I had when I was in Indy! I miss the classes and the community, of course, but my review is about how Invoke transformed my relationship with group fitness. I find myself looking for group movement classes near my new home without any nerves or reservations and I completely owe that to the experience I had at Invoke. I learned that group fitness communities can be welcoming, inclusive, accessible, friendly, and truly a place to build community because of Invoke. It gives me a standard to search for in my new place and has given me complete confidence and eagerness to join group classes which I would have NEVER done if it wasn’t for Invoke. It unlocked a whole new world for me and changed my relationship with group fitness communities. Forever grateful.

Oh my goodness, where do I even start? The moment I heard Elizabeth Heidari was coming back, it was a no-brainer—I’d wake up at the ass crack of dawn, drive from Carmel to Mass Ave, and do it all with a smile! 🌅 That 6 AM Pilates class with her is pure magic. Elizabeth has this incredible ability to make you feel like you’re floating through each move—even when you’re secretly dying! 😅 I swear, her energy is contagious, and I leave feeling like a superhero every single time. If you ever need someone to rave about an instructor, just point me in the direction of Elizabeth, and I’m ready to sing her praises! 🎶 She’s not just an instructor; she’s a Pilates fairy godmother! Trust me, folks—don’t miss out on the chance to experience the charm and joy that is Elizabeth Heidari! 💖

Katie's Vinyasa was a beautiful flow with unique transitions and a challenge to my practice. This was among my most favorite studio classes. Katie has a natural read to the energy of the room and was an insightful guide through the process. I appreciate a genuine studio and Katy made it apparent that this studio aligns itself with the genuine practice of yoga.

I’ve been going to Invoke for 3 years now and I’m loving both locations for all my yoga needs! I began with Brooke doing heated yoga, but now I’m an Ahna junkie for gentle flow vinyasa! Thanks for all the class choices too!
