We are so happy to be apart of this community. Everyone is kind, the classes are a variety So there's something for everyone. They even have a lovely child care center which is rare. Overall it's a safe happy place where One can grow stronger body, mind, and spirit. Thanks so much for all that you guys do!

As both a local business owner and Early Childhood Educator, I couldn’t be more impressed with Healthplex Gym! The facility is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with every amenity you could want — from the fitness equipment and pool to group classes and recovery areas. The staff are genuinely kind and attentive, and you can tell they care about creating a welcoming environment for everyone. What stands out most to me is the positive energy and sense of community here. It’s not just a gym; it’s a place that supports balance, health, and connection. As someone who spends her days caring for others, this has quickly become one of my favorite places to recharge and focus on myself. I also love that they offer discounts for educators and essential workers — that shows real appreciation for the people who keep our communities running. …i cannot begin to detail the warmth you feel when you enter this gym- clean, professional, friendly, and so welcoming- and as a very plus size woman, i never feel judged or ridiculed- it’s just not that environment here- and recently i was linked with a personal trainer named emily, who has truly become a light in a dark and afraid mind- you never know what someone is going thru- and the ‘open arms feel’ you receive when you walk thru these doors is surreal- from the individuals at the desk, to the women in the locker room, to the pool workout instructors, to the staff in the dining area- there’s just (so) much love here- so blessed to have found it! so what are you waiting for?? please go see for yourself ❤️

Beside a few folks not wearing proper wear (are nude with towel ) while in the sauna or steam room....I enjoy it thus far. It would be nice to see staff keep an eye out and correct this disgusting behavior.

There’s a really cute cafe to grab a snack or do some work. There’s lockers for your convenience. There’s a track the run s above the basketball court to walk or run on. There’s plenty of cardio machines. Very clean facility with friendly staff.
