F45 Training Indianapolis Downtown

I started going to F45 while I was pregnant, and now my son is two — and I’m still here, which says everything. After moving to Indiana, I really missed having a strong fitness community. I had lived in bigger cities before and loved being immersed in the fitness world and meeting new people, so I wasn’t sure if I’d find that same energy again. F45 completely changed that for me. From day one, the coaches have been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and motivating, and the community here is just as amazing. I’ve met so many great people and genuinely look forward to coming to class — not just for the workout, but for the people too. I attended all of welcome week at F45 after my gym recently shut down and I loved the workouts and all of the coaches! Everyone here is very inviting and you can tell this place has a great community. I am excited to join and be a part of the culture here! The workouts are quick but really effective.

Amazing, life changing membership. Great coaches, inviting community, and across the board well run.. All coaches are the best, but special shout out to Alex, Micaela, Kelly and Colleen for being the ones that kept me coming back at first, long enough to get me hooked.

F45 is beyond amazing. Love the downtown location. I’ve been almost everyday since becoming a new member. It’s challenged me and reignited my love for working out. Everyone there’s so friendly and welcoming. If you have any thought or hesitation about joining, you definitely should, you won’t regret it. Hope to see you guys around soon! ☺️

I’ve been loving workouts at F45 — great workouts that push you without being overwhelming. The coaches are super motivating and helpful with form. Definitely one of the most consistent and enjoyable ways I’ve trained in a while!

F45 is one of the best gyms I’ve ever experienced! It offers great circuit training workouts with lots of variety. The instructors are all fantastic and do a great job at making the workout both fun and challenging. Highly recommend to anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level!

Love this F45 studio! Just started going in the last couple weeks and it has been an encouraging and motivating environment to work towards my fitness goals! Also love that I can go home and use the passport feature to workout with my sister in IL. Overall, a great experience so far!
