After booking our venue, we booked Emily as our full service wedding planner. We worked with her for one year to make our wedding vision a reality. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION WE EVER MADE. She made the entire process seamless and stress free. We met with her once a month for 1 hour which allowed us to stretch out the decisions without getting overwhelmed. Also, she is extremely knowledgeable and well connected in the Indy area so choosing vendors was a breeze. Even for the times that I had bride freakouts, Emily was always available to ease my worries. Fast forwarding to the day of the wedding, all of our guests were so impressed by how smooth our wedding was and that everything was well communicated and on time! It was absolutely a pleasure to work with her and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER.

Two words of advice for anyone planning a wedding: HIRE EMILY. If you’re choosing between wedding planners or skeptical about hiring one, definitely hire Emily! She has done both my sister and I's weddings and we are so thankful we had her knowledge, support, and attention to detail. Emily and her team go above and beyond to help and take care of all the details. She has amazing ideas and great connections with other vendors, so she will create an excellent team for your wedding. She not only has a plan A but also a plan B. On my wedding day, she took care of all the questions and we did not have to worry about anything! She is a DREAM and truly cares about her clients! Emily, thanks for creating the wedding of our dreams. Brayden and I are so happy you could be a part of our big day!

If you are looking for a fantastic wedding coordinator and/or planner, look no further than Emily Ventura. We used her as our month-of/day-of coordinator, and she truly made our experience so seamless throughout the whole process. Emily allowed for us to be able to enjoy the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day so much more because we knew she was there to help execute our details and plans so perfectly. She is truly so kind, professional and absolutely excellent at what she does. Highly recommend!

There are not enough characters allowed, or time in the day to share how appreciative that our world collided with Emily during our wedding planning process. We are so grateful to have had Emily in our corner. She was the best investment we made in our event planning process. Our only regret is not hiring her sooner. Our wedding was planned from Minnesota for a destination event in Indianapolis, IN. She was our advocate and boots on the ground as we planned from afar. She always made time for any questions we had along the way, she was constantly adding the razzle to our dazzle and the details on our "day of" were exactly what we hoped they would be for our guests. It was so important to have someone who could make our day go as planned, and she went above and beyond. We had unforeseen issues come up 48 hours before our day, and Emily went above and beyond to make sure that we had multiple options in our hands so we could move forward with the most educated information, beautiful considerations, and was able to rally our vendors around the possibilities to make the necessary moves as painless as possible. She is an absolute champion for her clients, and we are forever grateful for her, and will continue to sing her praises. Thank you, Emily. We are so grateful to know you, and really feel like we are leaving this experience with a friend for life.

As a filmmaker who has been serving the wedding industry for over a decade, my only wish is that I met Emily so much sooner than I did. She is not only a phenomenal wedding planner, the best of the best, but she also has the most caring heart of anyone I have ever met and will light up your day every time you're in contact with her! Emily ALWAYS goes the extra mile for her clients and is hands down the funnest and easiest wedding planner I have ever worked with. She effortlessly brings the most beautiful wedding day visions to life and it's simply a joy to witness her thrive in a career she is so devoted to. What an inspiration she is to us all and I cannot recommend her enough on your search for an upcoming wedding planner. Do yourself a favor and hire her ASAP!

Absolutely loved working with Emily for our wedding! She was amazing and we wouldn't have the most perfect wedding without her!! She was patient, responsive, and so much fun to work with. I really don’t know where to start because the extreme that Emily Ventura Designs did to make my wedding a perfect, flawless event is so so vast! The moment I first spoke to Emily and her assistant Alyssa, I knew I was in excellent hands. I happened to pick a venue and wedding date when Emily had another wedding she had agreed end to prior, but at no point did I feel I got less attention or focus. The expectations were clear, fair, and there were no surprises! Because of Emily’s prior commitment. Alyssa was who I worked with after venue selection and the first few months of getting everything g figured out. Alyssa is AMAZING and the correspondence between myself, Alyssa, Emily, and the amazing vendors recommended by their planning services, was always easy to follow and professional. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted for my wedding, but these ladies helped me figure out a good budget, the best vendors, and an amazing aesthetic. Also, this team is just….so kind! They go far and above expectations because they want to make your day special and they understand just how important the whole wedding process is. It is fun to work with them! I HAD MY DREAM WEDDING BECAUSE OF EMILY VENTURA DESIGNS!!! Nothing went wrong and the day of Alyssa was ON IT! I cannot express my thanks enough, and I really cannot advocate enough for these ladies!
