Chef Tweet did it again! It’s been 2 weeks and our guests are still raving over the delicious food. From the perfectly seared lamb chops, crunchy catfish to the perfectly seasoned shrimp lettuce wraps.. everything was perfect! I added the full service buffet and I was so glad that I did. The professionalism of Chef Tweet and her team of servers was top tier.

We cannot say enough good things about Sincere Catering. Their service is consistently exceptional, their communication is clear and dependable, and the food is absolutely delicious—every single time. What truly sets Sincere Catering apart is that they do not just provide a service; they operate as an extension of our organization. They understand our flow, anticipate our needs, and show up to each event with professionalism, flexibility, and care. Working with them is always a joy, and their consistency has made them a trusted and valued partner in our work.

A good chef friend of mine recommended Chef Tweet for an event I am co-hosting. I didn't know that Sincere Catering was her business so I was pleasantly surprised. I have been able to taste some of her great work at Corks & Forks in the past. I reached out to her and she was very responsive. She demonstrated professionalism and flexibility when providing quotes for the ever changing event. I wasn't able to move forward booking her services, due to no fault of Chef Tweet, but I will definitely keep her in mind for future events.

Chef Tweet is very professional and communicates well. She made sure we had everything we needed for our guest. She worked with us to make sure everything was covered. The food was delicious and looks appealing. Everyone raved about the menu and loved everything we selected for dinner.

We really enjoyed working with Sincere Catering for an event. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. The food was good...the French Toast croissants were a huge hit. Thank you!!!

All I can say is this here lady is gifted and amazing. I had the pleasure of using her event center and catering services for a Books N Brunch I hosted. Everything was beautiful and delicious. If you are Indianapolis I highly recommend!! All my guests were amazed and satisfied!!!
