Had them repair 2 shoes and clean the same 2 plus 2 others. The leather ones I didn't think could really be fixed so when they didn't make any improvements on it, it wasn't a big deal. The color of the leather completely changed with the cleaning. Actually looked pretty good. The other repair was done fairly pathetic. The back heel fabric needed resewed back to the back of the shoe. Completely visieand only done on one side. Cleaning was good on it. After these I figured I would only come here for cleaning. The next two shoes were white under armour shoes. Mine was done fine although $35 to clean some teens shoes seemed a bit expensive. The white tennis shoes which were only about a month old came back competely yellow. I thought maybe it was the store's light. It wasn't. Should have been an easy cleaning. Won't be coming back.
Great experience and great service. I Can't remember the name, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even noticed an issue with my step and had a solution with a thing called a leveler. I'm already noticing a difference. They only carried two brands, but they were of high quality. I'm considering grabbing another pair before I head back to kc.
My coworker told me about this Cobler shop a few years ago and I hadn’t made time to go. I had shoes that needed heels replaced and a handbag mended. Let’s just say I should have stopped by sooner!!!! This is my new home for Cobler needs. It’s hard to find a reasonable Cobler and let me just say you won’t be disappointed bringing your repair needs to Beach Grove!!! It’s worth the drive!!
Great service and dropped off another pair of shoes to be serviced that was repaired by well known shop here in town with questions now. Appreciated the honesty and recommend Eckstein take care of your repair needs

It wasn't done to my satisfaction there was still a repair that was missed. She kept my shoe to redo it haven't heard from them. Was supposed to be ready last week. The repair was good either. New owners not good.
So happy I found Eckstein Shoe Store! Sole of my boot came off. They glued it and put nails in both boots Price was super low and one day turn around
