Downtown Car Care Center

Kathy and her team have been wonderful to work with!! I went in at the beginning of April for a diagnostic after being given a laundry list of things supposedly needing done by my dealership, and half of them didn’t need doing after all! Now ~2 weeks after having the repairs done that *were* needed, my car is running beautifully. I scheduled my repairs for nearer the start of the day, and everything was complete by the early afternoon the same day I took it in. There’s no pushiness whatsoever, and I feel that myself and my car were well taken care of. Definitely will return the next time I need any car work done!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic. I am just blown away by their professionalism and great quality work. Out of any mechanic in Indy this is the one you should go to.

At Downtown Car Care I know that I can trust them to keep my car running well without charging for unnecessary services. Just had a servicing done for a 2000 mile road trip that I’m taking. Specifically asked them to check all hoses and belts as well as tire tread and to complete any necessary work to make sure I won’t have issues on the trip. Expected a bigger than normal bill when I picked it up, but they said it all looks good so they only did the oil change. So refreshing not to be taken advantage of as I have experienced at other auto repair shops, particularly as an older woman.

I have visited Downtown Car Care Center twice and both times I've left extremely happy. I'm a student in Indy so the location is very convenient. Recently, I got an oil change for an excellent price, cheaper than the previous place I went to. I really enjoy Kathy, she is very friendly and took it upon herself to teach me how to check my oil level. I made a request for an appointment online and they approved it in less than 12 hours. I was able to get my car in for my oil change asap and it was done within a few hours. Last time, I had a more emergent issue with my car so I called and was able to get in AND FIXED within the same day. I don't leave reviews often but I have left a review both times I've went here due to the awesome service!

I just moved to Indy and was skeptical about bringing my car anywhere (other than my hometown). Downtown Car Care Center Indy got me in the next day! They addressed all of my concerns and Kathy even explained in greater detail using pictures and models about what was happening with my car. The prices didn’t break the bank either. Highly recommend.
