Bark Tutor School for Dogs

Moxie absolutely loved going to Bark Tudor! She would get so excited every time a trainer came to get her from the car. Her trainer, Reagan, built trust with her right away and was very successful at teaching her commands such as, "stay", "leave it", "come" and "go to bed". Reagan and Kayla did a great job of teaching me commands as well as coming up with creative ideas on how to curb Moxie’s biting and digging tendencies. I plan to continue taking moxie back for Daycare there as I know she will be in good hands!

Winnie LOVED going to school (she would get so excited every morning!), and it was clear she was being cared for and challenged in all the right ways. I can’t recommend Bark Tutor and Reagan enough. It was such a positive, professional, and fun experience for both Winnie and I!

An animal behaviorist recommended the Bark Tutor. Bark Tutor’s trainer, Kayla, is a former zoo animal trainer. In three weeks, she took a puppy that didn’t pay attention and taught Arlo behavior to fit into our home. Kayla gave us the language to speak with our dog. She provided one-on-one lessons for us to work with our dog and, if needed, troubleshooting. Bark Tutor provides daily reports along with excellent how-tos and tips. Arlo was excited to go to school every day. Highly recommend!

My high expectations for Bark Tutor were completely exceeded. Two weeks into puppy life with Raggy, I was questioning my decision making skills, but their training program quickly turned things around. Reagan, his primary trainer, was excellent at teaching me about both general puppy behavior and Raggy's specific needs. The detailed behavior report cards, homework and training tips were insightful and educational. Kayla has been brilliant in helping us work through challenges at home using her talent for explaining training concepts in simple, actionable terms. Raggy continues to attend daycare at Bark Tutor, loving supervised play with other dogs and seeing his favorite trainers. Bark Tutor's comprehensive approach to positive training has provided him with the foundation to be a well adjusted family member with great social skills and manners. I love this place!

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my second puppy, Lucy, to Bark Tutor, and once again, I cannot recommend them enough. The training experience was fantastic, and it made having a puppy again, so much easier. Knowing how to work with Lucy and reward her for good behavior has been invaluable. A special shoutout to Kayla and Madison, who were both phenomenal to work with. Their patience, expertise, and genuine love for dogs made a significant difference. They took the time to ensure that both Lucy and I understood the training process, which has helped us bond and communicate better. And I can’t wait to bring her back for daycare and ongoing training as she gets older. Having had two puppies trained at Bark Tutor, I can confidently say that the skills you and your puppy learn here are top-notch. If you're looking for a place to train your puppy and foster a great relationship with them, Bark Tutor is the place to go.

We took our dog here for training and it changed her for the better. Made having a puppy so much better. In fact we still drop her off for daycare and board her at 7 Acres, as well, and she loves it. If something needs to be worked on, they are happy to assist her ongoing needs. Kayla, Madison, and Reagan rock. Couldn't say better things about this place.

I could not have been more pleased with the quality of care and instruction during the 3 week training course for our Goldendoodle, Stella. Kayla and the rest of the staff at Bark Tutor were friendly, patient, and loving. Stella's obedience skills improved drastically, and as dog owners, we were taught the skills necessary to continue the training and improvement at home.
