This location was very clean , professional and customer friendly. They took time to explain process , timeline , pricing so it was understood not to mention everyone I came into contact with was very professional. They were even dressed neatly ( unusual for mechanics, Lol ) more than anything though is they did a great job and my vehicles driving performance is very noticeably better

Had a scheduled appointment for a tire replacement. I had ordered tires a head of time and delivery was confirmed prior to the appointment. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable. I couldn’t find an outlet to charge my laptop which was a problem because of the wait time. It was estimated to take 1hr 15 mins and ended up taking over 3 hrs. I got the text saying my vehicle was ready but in reality it was ready over an hour past that message. The staff were kind but the wait time was awful.

I stopped here on my way home from work, had a flat tire and needed repair. I decided to go to the one on keystone so I could drop off tire and go to work the next day and I had spare on. In the meantime, they checked my spare tire air pressure and was so incredibly nice from the first Gentleman I encountered to the technician. So polite, fast , kind, professional. It is so refreshing to get excellent customer service!!! Very impressed!

I got a flat tire while visiting Indianapolis for the weekend. Most tire places near me were not able to get me in before the end of the weekend since this happened on a Saturday afternoon. Discount tire was able to get me in right away. Not only that, but they were also super friendly and knowledgeable. Bladi and Joel made an otherwise stressful experience much more palatable. I would recommend Discount Tire and wish they had a location near me.

People have no idea what they're doing. I have no idea how they're just letting people that have no professionalism at all touch vehicles. Called up there to get a tire puncture repair and they said come on up here it's free, I arrive and they refused to fix it, so I showed them my other tire and they refuse to fix that one as well and I said well why did you waste my time and tell me you could fix it for free and he just kept trying to get me to buy a new tire and said he couldn't fix my tires because he scanned it with his machine and it said I needed a new one, when there was nothing wrong with my tire at all except for a nail hole, I drove 30 minutes up there for them to tell me that I have to buy a new tire when I called up there they told me they would fix it for free over the phone and said nothing about scanning my tires, complete waste of time, super unprofessional and incredibly misleading.

Customer service is excellent! They all go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and satisfied with the results.
