When I was originally looking for new tires, Best Choice had the best prices. They were able to schedule my appointment quickly and make the entire experience seamless. These guys are awesome! Came in for an alignment and they knocked it out super quick. Tyler was great — super professional, easy to talk to, and really made sure all my concerns were taken care of. Absolutely amazing service everytime we come here. My husband has been coming here for many many years and started sending me when we got together. They are quick yet do quality work. I have never ever had a problem here. I actually usually leave really happy which is great because I usually arrive in a bad mood due to car issues lol we get all of our tires here and serviced here. Get the roadside hazards pack if you get tires. They will replace them for free! 10/10 I will continue to come back and I will always recommend this shop to my friends and family.

First time visiting this shop and I must say I was impressed. They took care of me well, especially Tyler. They installed a leveling kit with new shocks and struts and then installed new wheels and tires. I couldn’t be happier! They were very nice and knowledgeable and got me in and out very quickly.

This is the best tire place! Brandon is so personable and easy to talk too, and James was so quick and efficient in getting my tire all patched up. They were fairly busy and Brandon explained he wasn’t sure if he could fit me in but he would try even tho they closed in about an hour. They had my tire off and patched and done in under 30 mins. Was a little loud& fast speaking, Not letting me get a word in .Just Asked him too bring it Down a little – then He talks loud in lobby infrt.of Guests ” Stating he’s 52 yrs.old a No body tells him shut up ” He Blow’s Everything out of Context.!! I almost wanted to leave & Go Somewhere Else..Also, makes Comments I Don’t want to fight, Trying to get your ticket Etc. I Never been So, pumped up first time coming here, for a Very first time in front of the Counter.he rushes conversation where I felt like with his words was very Argumentative!! Not a good first impression..Did not feel Very Valued as a Customer……

I have been to the US31 location 3 times in the past 2 months. The store manager (Will) has been great at helping get my vehicles taking care of. Very thankful of his reference on where to get a bent rim fixed. Great customer service. Very quick getting my vehicles in and out.

Had a great experience with Will! I was going on a last minute trip and had to get my tires replaced. I called and Will was eager to help me and told me to come on in even thought it was close to closing time. When I arrived at the store he was super welcoming and talked me through the whole process. They took my car back and were able quickly get all my tires replaced and I was off for my trip!

I went to two other bigger tire stores 1st thing Monday morning. They couldn’t even come out to check the screw in my tire. I showed them a picture and said it was to close to the side wall and I would need a new tire and they couldn’t get me in fornat least an hour. I went to Tire Barn on E. Washington St. Indianapolis and he also said it was close to the side wall, but came out with soapy water and it wasn’t leaking. We took a chance and he pulled it out and it was between my tread and didn’t go all the way through. I was good to go. They will get all of my business now without question. Fancier stores definitely mean nothing.

I had an excellent experience at Tire Barn thanks to Will! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I felt confident in the work being done. Will went above and beyond to help me, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. It’s not often you come across service this solid—he definitely deserves some recognition. This location was very clean , professional and customer friendly. They took time to explain process , timeline , pricing so it was understood not to mention everyone I came into contact with was very professional. They were even dressed neatly ( unusual for mechanics, Lol ) more than anything though is they did a great job and my vehicles driving performance is very noticeably better

Had a scheduled appointment for a tire replacement. I had ordered tires a head of time and delivery was confirmed prior to the appointment. The waiting area and restrooms were clean and comfortable. I couldn’t find an outlet to charge my laptop which was a problem because of the wait time. It was estimated to take 1hr 15 mins and ended up taking over 3 hrs. I got the text saying my vehicle was ready but in reality it was ready over an hour past that message. The staff were kind but the wait time was awful.

I stopped here on my way home from work, had a flat tire and needed repair. I decided to go to the one on keystone so I could drop off tire and go to work the next day and I had spare on. In the meantime, they checked my spare tire air pressure and was so incredibly nice from the first Gentleman I encountered to the technician. So polite, fast , kind, professional. It is so refreshing to get excellent customer service!!! Very impressed!

I got a flat tire while visiting Indianapolis for the weekend. Most tire places near me were not able to get me in before the end of the weekend since this happened on a Saturday afternoon. Discount tire was able to get me in right away. Not only that, but they were also super friendly and knowledgeable. Bladi and Joel made an otherwise stressful experience much more palatable. I would recommend Discount Tire and wish they had a location near me.

People have no idea what they’re doing. I have no idea how they’re just letting people that have no professionalism at all touch vehicles. Called up there to get a tire puncture repair and they said come on up here it’s free, I arrive and they refused to fix it, so I showed them my other tire and they refuse to fix that one as well and I said well why did you waste my time and tell me you could fix it for free and he just kept trying to get me to buy a new tire and said he couldn’t fix my tires because he scanned it with his machine and it said I needed a new one, when there was nothing wrong with my tire at all except for a nail hole, I drove 30 minutes up there for them to tell me that I have to buy a new tire when I called up there they told me they would fix it for free over the phone and said nothing about scanning my tires, complete waste of time, super unprofessional and incredibly misleading.

Customer service is excellent! They all go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and satisfied with the results.

JRs always takes care of me. Where the new tire chain places seem like they want to Milk you for anything they can these guys understand we need to make it to the next payday. I’ve been going to them for many years and will continue to do so

When the chain stores were telling me they could see me in 4-6 hours, JR crew had the screw out of my tire and us back on the road in less than 30 minutes, despite being 4th in line when we arrived.
We sat in our car until they were ready, then rolled into the spot, they got us jacked up, grabbed our lugnut key, got the tire off, fixed, back on, and the car back on the ground without us ever having to get out. Then they charged us less than a large coffee at Starbucks. Top notch.
The repair has lasted weeks, including a short road trip.

I got towed here cause i hit something n my tire went flat. I was on my way to ohio. Soon as the tow dropped off my car. It was 15 minutes lter n i was on my way!! Thanks so much Cheryl Schrader

I was leaving the hospital when I noticed my tire was going flat. JRs got me together when I was in no shape or mood to deal with the problem. It was only a valve core which they fixed for free. Thanks

I had a tire with a slow leak. My car had Goodyear run flats. It was a BMW with only 4000 miles on it. i called my BMW dealer in Lafayette Indiana,they weren’t any help even though this was the second new BMW I have bought there in the last 2 years. All they did was tell me how much they would charge me for a new tire. I called Goodyear ( their Customer service was great) . They tried to contact Defouw BMW of Lafayette multiple times without an answer. Goodyear called Belle tire in Castleton and explained the problem. I walked in the next day without an appointment. My car was taken back promptly examined, and the tire was repaired. The staff is great and their service is excellent. Run Flat tires are hard to repair , but they were done in a jiffy, at no cost. This the only place to purchase tires.

Jacob was a wonderful help. He was very professional and kind. I was upset about some tires I purchased and how they were rotated but he reassured me that he would have his team take a look at them again! Overall I was wrong and it was a misunderstanding on my part. I appreciate his work ethic and wanting to find a solution in my benefit! 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend speaking to Jacob!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They replaced my front passenger tire and gave me a mismatched tire saying that it was okay to drive. It was not okay to drive. Not even 4 days later I was driving on the highway and I got a flat. The tire didn’t have a small little hole, it had a literal tear. I came the next morning to get it replaced with the intent of it being free. THESE PEOPLE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRIVE. Also the man was extremely rude and tried to gas light me. It’s already hard enough being a girl sometimes, thanks to Belle it felt 10x harder. Don’t bother spending your money here because they won’t give it back or help you. Thanks for taking $250 of my hard earned money Belle Tire.

Worst experience they are thieves robing your money once you there I have been there for alinement for my Tesla 3 the guy on front told if we can’t fix we will not charge you because we don’t usually fixing Tesla I said ok they took my car with in one hour he came back and said all good and charge me 89.90 I am posting invoice also I took my car when I am drive it’s same codes on screen next day I was back on front other rep very rude when I ask my money refund because it’s not fixed and they told we will not charge if we don’t fix they are thieves robing your money beware of these thugs.

Grateful to Trevor and David for squeezing our minivan in last minute before they closed for new tires and an oil change before a trip! I went to Belle Tire to have my winter tires swapped for summer ones. The service was good, but we had to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes the first time. Unfortunately, we had to return a few days later because the tires weren’t properly paired and rotated. The second visit was much better—everything was corrected, and the service was more efficient, with only a 40-minute wait. Overall, the staff was professional, and they made sure to fix the issue. I appreciate their effort, but a smoother experience the first time would have been ideal.

Customer service was good, but he technicians did a terrible job respecting my property. Scratched all 4 of my painted breaks and ruined my painted rims. Extremely disappointed for the amount of money I spent here.

I don’t usually take out the time to post any reviews but on this particular situation I had to. I took my truck to A&J tires thinking I needed a new fuel pump installed. They showed up with a tow truck. They pick up my truck. They take it to the garage. I get a phone call couple hours later saying it didn’t need a fuel pump it Just needed gas. LOL I thought that was very honest on their part. They could have very easily charged me almost $900 for labor and parts on that new fuel pump. But they were honest and told me all it needed was gas. You don’t hear much about good things like that happening anymore. Thank you A&J tires for your great service and honesty.

My fiancé went to go get AC work done because the AC wasn’t blowing cold air. Went today @ 1:28pm, went back at 5:40pm because now it isn’t blowing anything out hot or cold. The dude look at me and said it could possibly be the motor. When she brought it in the motor was blowing now it isn’t blowing anything. ‼️‼️‼️STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE‼️‼️ YOU WOULD THINK PEOPLE WOULD BE HONEST & I FELT LIKE THEY WASN’T HONEST WITH MY FIANCÉ. HOW IN LESS THAN 6 HOURS THAT THE MOTOR JUST STOP BLOWING SEEMS SHADY. THIS IS THE RECEIPTS . WENT BACK THE SAME DAY AND INSTEAD OF SAYING LET ME SEE WHAT THE MAJOR ISSUE IS BECAUSE THE FAN SYSTEM WAS WORKING BEFORE WHATEVER THEY TRIED. TO DO NOW THE COMPLETE FAN SYSTEM ISN’T BLOWING ANYTHING. THANKS ILL HAVE TO TAKE HER CAR TO RELIABLE SOURCE NOW.

This place sucks do not go here. They scammed me we went in for a simple brake pad replacement but instead they ruined more stuff in my car now it doesn’t run the same so I had to take it somewhere else. And when I went to explain to them they all started yelling at us telling us that everything was already like that and told everyone not to help us anymore.

This place is trash.. I asked upfront about a leak I was having in my radiator and they told me they would look at it for no charge I sent my son with my car because I have to work and they told him it’s a 30 charge and that would have been fine if they would have said that they have to use coolant and it’s not even my radiator so they say I need a water pump for 2500 on a 2014 Lincoln mkt l!! So I called on my break and they told me it’s a charge because it’s not the radiator and hung up on me and blocked me from calling back. I will never nor anyone else I know will ever do business with scammers like this business. And I will be up there you can’t hold my car. Any reasonable business would have let him know before hand

I don’t give out five stars easily. This was the only tire shop that had the tires I needed, and when I got there, it turns out I’d given them the wrong tire size. It was absolutely no problem, he went and got The right size for me right away. Not only was there no extra charge, the tires were cheaper.

Came to indianapolis to the doctor got a flat tire. I was able to put the spear on and make it to direct tire. The owner there is absolutely amazing. I’ve never in my life met somebody so sweet and helpful.I highly recommend him first hands down.He is the best one around. Me and my mom were passing through Indiana for a tournament of mine when we suddenly hit a pot hole on the way to the hotel, it took out 2 of our tires and ruined our rims. We had to call a tow and everything and when we arrived at Direct Tire it immediately made our day so much better. The staff is like no staff i’ve met before, when i say welcoming and understanding it can’t even describe how genuine they were. They immediately tried to find solutions for our tires due to our cars specific rims. They kept coming in and starting conversation, there was a dude inside who asked me all about myself and genuinely listened about how my tournament had been going. There was a worker who had 2 kids who also accompanied us and talked and played the whole time. They all made sure we were going to be safe and wished me good luck at my tournament. I have never met such a kind group of individuals. I wish there shop nothing but the best. Please keep doing what you do, we need people like you all in this world.

Had a flat and pulled into Southside Tire. Great service from Carrie, Neal and Rene. Had two tires replaced, paperwork completed and back on road in the same amount of time it took to get estimates from Competitors.

Lady in front desk and worker guys pretty nice ! But the old guy who’s drives white Chevrolet 2500 is very arrogant and racists!!!! I was waiting for replace my tires and he almost hit me with he’s truck! He saw that he did wrong by treating the customer badly, and he never apologized.

Tried to charge me $66 for a bald tire then told me that’s what they go for.
So bald used tires go for what you can buy some brand new ones for?
Had em change it or I was getting a refund.
He did switch it for a decent one so I’m raising the stars.
And it was a carry out not put on a vehicle.
I got on expensive gold but I didn’t get it by being stupid.
Edit,tire was flat the next morning.
May if been coincidence or bad stem or something but that would of shown during the water test.

I stumbled upon this tire shop a few years ago after a series of unfortunate flat tires (shoutout to east side roads always having random debris), but the guy running this shop is truly an angel. He is always so polite, helpful, and FAST in patching my tires and getting me back on the road. I can’t recommend his shop enough for being reliable, affordable, and convenient and I tell everyone I know to go here if they need tire assistance. Thank you so much!

The gentleman that runs this place is easy to do business with. I take all my tire issues to him. He is quick, friendly, straightforward, and reasonably priced.

No stars. Tried calling this place 3 times to have the line say it can’t go though (calls placed from 5:30 -6 pm ) so during business hours. After FIGHTING and breaking my sockets I finally show up to get a patch and they were rude af. I didn’t care if I was leaving the damn thing for the next day I just needed it here since I wouldn’t have a a way there till afternoon. Def won’t recomend in any capacity.

Edit: the comment about showing up 25 minutes after, guess it would have been information I could have gotten if the phone number worked huh. Frankly there’s plenty of places to patch a tire, I had came since I was referred. Not gonna let it happen to anyone else. Not worried about not receiving service here. Plenty of people happy to take my money

On used tire was almost the cost of a new white wall tire . But they was respectful , fast , & they are the cheapest on disposing of the used one .
