Broad Ripple Animal Clinic

I absolutely love the staff, the way they treated my dog and I was absolutely outstanding! Taking my pup to the vet has never been the best experience, he is a bit picky on who he likes. But the staff here went above and beyond to make sure he was as comfortable as he could be. I highly recommend Broad ripple animal clinic to anyone!!!

We have loved going to the Broad Ripple Animal Clinic for all of Zuko’s life! He is always super happy and safe in their hands. Dr. Rice is very sweet and kind and focuses on keep him not stressed. Liv is always helpful too and super kind! We greatly appreciate all of the work and knowledge of the staff here!

Brought my baby cat to the clinic last year. The clinic was too busy and looked like they did not have enough staff/docs. The doctor was not compassionate with my cat and recommended thousands of tests that racked up the bill to the roof. She ended up giving him a steroid and put him on a diet at the same time. We later found out steroids makes them more hungry and my cat did not have a weight issue to begin with. He is a 14 pound tall boy which is perfectly okay at 14 pounds. They asked us to come back in couple of weeks which wasn’t necessary and they only asked if the symptoms are gone during the second visit. I honestly don’t know how they have 4.8 stars on Google. Stay away if you can.

Our 12-year-old lab, Levi, was under the weather, and our regular vet could not see him for a week. I reached out to the BRAC, and they were able to work him into the same-day schedule. Dr. Barr and her vet tech were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Levi is on the mend, and we look forward to revisiting the clinic soon for a recheck. I highly recommend this clinic!

We have had four dogs over the last 30 years, each with their own unique health needs, and Broad Ripple Animal Care has always been there for us. Their compassion for both our pets and our family is unmatched. The team is responsive, knowledgeable, and always up to date with the latest veterinary practices, giving us complete confidence in their care. The facilities are clean, modern, and comfortable, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and owners. The entire staff is wonderful—caring, professional, and dedicated. We truly trust them with our "kids" and can't say enough great things about them. Highly recommend!

Sweetest, most attentive staff in the world, from the front desk to the techs to the vets. They love on our pup, Winnie, so much that she loves to go and hates to leave! They help with every little question or concern, no matter how little or silly it may be. I appreciate you guys so so much, especially Dr. Jones!!

Had to run our pup to the ER. They were close and reasonably priced, so we went here. I'm so glad we did!! The staff is AMAZING! Our pup was seen by Dr. Crenshaw and Cai, and they were so friendly and easy to talk to! They really set us at ease, and our pup is feeling so much better! Thanks for a wonderful experience in a time of crisis!
