One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Highly recommend! The history of the building was super neat and how they made the whole place feel like the 20s/30s but with modern flair was just perfect.
Staff: Every single staff member that we encountered was so nice and helpful. Top notch customer service!!
Food/drinks: Love the on site coffee shop!! Fantastic options and their drinks were so good. Again, super nice staff! We also ordered room service both nights we were there because it was THAT good!! We ordered the Waygu burger, Buffalo Mac N Cheese and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich with loaded fries. All were delicious and cooked perfectly!
Room: When you walk down the massive hallway, what an entrance and vibe! All of the doors to the rooms are red which is such a pop of color. Our room was huge!! All of the furniture was so comfortable. Who ever designed the rooms did a phenomenal job! And the bonus with that rainfall shower was just perfect! Very quiet hotel too.
Gym: The gym was huge and filled with high end equipment! Again, cannot say it enough to whomever designed this hotel, they did amazing. Every detail is perfect and luxurious.
We will definitely be back to stay when we are in Indy again! Highly recommend, 10/10!

When we travel we have to make sure the hotel is capable of dealing with a wheelchair user, and at times in the past hotels have said 'yes' to us only to make my SO feel like an accessory. Not a pleasant way to travel. Bottleworks was 100x the opposite; the staff were helpful without being intrusive, the room was large enough to allow her space to move without playing dodge'em with the furniture, and the design of the accessible features were extremely well thought and inclusive. You cannot imagine how grateful that makes a couple like us. ||Aside from the above, the room was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, the furniture was worthy of relaxing on, and, again, the service was top tier. Access to the food court "The Garage" across the street was fun and then we took advantage of the room service and that was great too (picnic in the room to avoid the near zero degree temps outside). The view of the courtyard was gorgeous with lights strung up but then the windows had perfect built in black outs that I truly appreciate. ||The art in the halls was stunning, the decor was perfectly suited to the era, and in our room we even had some of the original steel structure in the room which I was told was only in a few spaces. ||I could gush for hours so trust me when I say our stay was incredible. We came down Friday after Thanksgiving to have time to ourselves, do some shopping on Mass Ave during Small Business Saturday, and just enjoy some down time, and the Bottleworks Hotel made that happen 100%. ||Stay here, enjoy it, and revel in it. We'll be back.

I love this hotel! Staff was welcoming, professional, and made sure my birthday stay was unforgettable. Decor is amazing, and there's something cool to see everywhere. Room was spacious, shower was huge, and they provided the comfiest robes I've ever worn. I was able to witness a gorgeous sunset from my terrace the first night, and watched a rainstorm out of the huge windows the next day. In-room dining and snack/mini-bar prices are quite reasonable. Neighborhood is extremely walkable with tons of options for food, entertainment and shopping.

My husband and I stayed at the bottle Works hotel for our 15th wedding anniversary. We were greeted with the most polite and gracious welcome. When we entered our room, it was nothingless than spectacular. We were referred to the hotel byVeronica. She made sure when we entered our suite we had a special Anniversary dessert with sparkling water. Since they knew we did not drink alcohol they took it another notch up and gave us sparkling water instead of an alcoholic drink. That night we ordered from the kitchen and receiver the perfect amount of food from Jay the chef and Cierra. Everything was so delicious and well seasoned. I would suggest anybody to come to this hotel if they want to enjoy a top-tier experience.

We choose this hotel for its cool vibe and location to our venue for dinner and a concert. We were very pleased with the amazingly unique rooms and décor. If you like a stylish yet intimate hotel this one is a great choice. ||As a side story I damaged my dress shirt on my arrival and needed a replacement. To my surprise the manager, Michael, was more than helpful to assist with finding a local store to replace with a similar shirt and offered advice on where to go. The care and assistance for guests exceeded my expectations. ||I also appreciate that that hotel has a great coffee shop. So no hunting around for coffee in the morning as they serve a quality coffee.||Great stay and enjoyed the holiday decorations as well!
